i had started mradio daily cricket and cricket message packs on my mobile no.9822293009 during ipl cricket league.after that iam trying to deact this value added services since about last 2 months. i had tried every key word that suggested by customer care, but these services on my mobile no. doesnt deactiveted yet.my mobile balance has been deducted wrongfully since 2 months.i have collected all sent and received messages from customer care.can anyone solve my problem?

I am Ashis Raj from Rajgangpur,Orissa. I have the vodafone connection still last three years. Everytime I got an sms that a service has activated and some amount has deducted. Unfortunately I was not activated that service and paid for that. When i gave a call to customer care they were processing my complaint and refund me the money by crediting to my phone account. But today i received a same message that a service has activated and rental is deducted from your account. When I am trying to talk with customer care they said i should go for upper level conversation and forwarded my call. But the person in upper level have no sense or no behaviour how to talk with a customer. He said we will not refund you the money and said do whatever you can do and dis connected the line. I just wish to know is this the way to tackle a customer when somebody is seating at customer care position. If executives of vodafone will say that we have minimal customer in orissa region I will definitely tell my collegue to donate some of their money to vodafone. Please consider my case and give me justice as soon as possible.

I am a very old customer of idea and this time i am very upset with the idea service.On 28th july i got a call from idea regarding some mobile tv service.I was good to the lady talking to me but I didnt expected that she will activate mobile tv service on my phone without my permission.Besides that my balance was reduced by Rs 215.
I also called at customer care center to know about my balance reduction.But its of no use as your executives are saying that I am too late to know that and now I cant get my balance back.
If being good to ur people means that we should empty our pockets then I am very sorry I cant afford that...

myself DR.CHANDRENDRA NATH DWIVEDY from GORAKHPUR (UP) and my idea pre paid number is--9889438885.today i hav got call from your cutomer care representative about a new tarriff option. he told me a offer that after recharge with 249rupees iwill get 100 free minutes per day for 30 days at any local call.but soon i came to know that this offer is only valid for idea to idea local calls.for this fake information and recharge i have called idea customer care numbers--1234 and 198.but your manager abused me and told me that if you are unsatisfieid you can terminate your connection from idea telecom services.i am idea user since last 4-5years.
so tell me wether i terminate my connection or go for consumer court against idea for fake informations and abusive behavier.

i had never request for VAS services for my cell no.9594565383, but since last 2month every day my balance gets deducted due to starting of any VAS service on my phone, i call to Costomer care and stop the service and ask the operator to pls do not start any VAS services on my phone and they gives me asurance that this willl never happen again but it has continues till date from last 2months , i had never recieved my balance back and on the other hand the excutive on costomer care asks so many unrelated question to stop the services which is also a harresment.

Ridiculous way of handling customers..IDEA management must look into this as a serious concern...
Operators are very rude and abusive...no manners no culture....
I call up on 26th oct'10 eve bw 17:45 -18:00 to deactivate a service to the operator and his behavior was extremely surprising, he has no rights to shout at customers or bang phone..Just cos we use ur service we customers are not ur damn servants...
If u guys do not know how to train ur operators send them to me..I will teach them Customer handling!!!

I lost my mobile.so I approached local idea counter & bought fresh SIM on 03/11/2010. They promised me that SIM will be activated within two hours but till date i.e. 12/11/2010 SIM is not activated. During this period I used to visit local idea counter daily & getting the same answer . Is there anybody who will listen & act .
A helpless common man can only complain & blame the luck .

My complaint s/n is 111547791020. Yet my balance deduct Rs.20 22 Nov 2010, Rs.20 23 Nov 2010, Rs.20 24 Nov 2010 Rs.5 25 Nov 2010 & Rs.50 24 Nov 2010,

my IDEA cellular no. is +919540922889. i am using this no.since july'10 since then some of the value aded services are being activated without my concent automaticlly on this no. and from last two months 2 services are simultaneously running for which i have never subscribed for and these services are no use of me. my money is automatically deducted from my prepaid account every month and i am informed for this by a single message.

i complained many a times at c. care bt of no use, either they do not recieve calls or cut the call in between.also i tried with thier message service to deactivate but nothing worked. then i deactivated these services on 21st of nov but no money was refunded and the next day they subscribed some other service and again money is deducted.

what should i do now?

we got recharged for 9164730254 on 2nd dec for rs.50. we ceced a message that rs43 amd some paise currency has been credited. but now immediately it is showing the balance 00.00

we called for customer care but no proper reply...

i request u to see into it..and take the action and credit the balance.

Sorry to say that u r fooling the customer by charging them extra call cost per sec.As my experience for 1paise call i have noticed that my call complete in 20 sec.and the charge must be 10 paise but i find that after per call the cost goes to 4 paise extra ..... So i want to no what is this? if u want to do such things then go to hell soon u r company will go to hell.... Useless service........

to my number there is an unrequested sms lovepack activated n when i tried customer care number there is no one there to pick up my call. My 21rs had deducted due to their no response. Please check this and make a reply. I got too much frustrated due to this.
