I am one of the registered customers of Idea Cellular prepaid mobile service.
I would like to bring to your notice the problems that are being faced by me in using Idea's services. I got my number 9527024491, activated on 29 Jul 2010. Since then I have deposited my documents 5 times, but every fifth day, after depositing the documents I receive a message that my number's services will be discontinued due to incomplete registration form. Each time I go to the local idea office at Kailash Market, Aurangabad I am informed that my form is complete and there are no other formalities to be completed. And this cycle is going on and on since last 1 month. Now I am on the verge of letting go and I believe that you will also agree that this does not reflect well on the part Idea Cellular.

Kindly tell me if this vicious cycle can be broken and I can be liberated from these beauraucracy.and can a customer breathe free in such a terrible atmosphere.kindly help me gettin out of this mesh.Hope i have reached a perfect destination for my trouble.Will wait for an affirmative response from your side.

I reside in Pune in LIC colony, paud road, kothrud near Sneh Paradise.

Since approx 3 months, all idea numbers are facing network issue in my building & around it. Calls dont get through & even when they do, audio quality is very poor & calls drop.

I have tried complaining on 198 but invariably they say that system is down or call again & some other executive will take the complaint. So I complained to the IDEA gallery, more than 2 months back, near Vanaz corner in kothrud. They did forward my complaint immediately & I was told that problem will be solved. However it wasnt. So I called up on 198 again on 13-04-2011 & the rude support person told me that problem has been already solved as per the system & wasnt ready to take my complaint again. He was talking like a moron & rude as well. He cut my call abruptly saying that he wont take my complaint again.

Such a bad idea sirji. Looks like its better to change the service.

IDEA celluler is world's irresponsible compnay which have no one importanc of his valuable client base.

I have submitted query regarding online bill pay is not done but till date I dont have recieved any revert from IDEA celluler.

Since last 5 months I am not be able to pay my mobile bill through IDEA site with my HDFC bank net banking.

All time my query / complient is getting closed with comment that " Customer Service Exc. has tried to reach me for resolution regarding my query but my cell was not in reachabel."

But I didnt have received any call from Exc of IDEA Celluler so I have to take harsh decision with change my card from IDEA to any other company.
