Complaint :- Incoming and outgoing gets deactivated immediately after the last date of bill payment

When enquired at idea outlet, they say we dont block incoming.

But this happened to me for the 4th time so far

I suffered a lot everytime because i was travelling each time when this happened.

Both incoming and outgoing are still deactivated without any notification.

while outgoing "select cug" message appears on screen.

i am Kishor Kumar Nehlia Your Subscriber was using +919911685111 as postpaid connection till 14-July-2011. But Due to some reason i discontinued as Postpaid Connection and switched it to Prepaid one
All my Dues and Postpaid Account payables has also been clear fully. Now Since 15-July-2011 i facing this harrassment from your side as my no is still in Postpaid One. In Between I even have word with Your Customer Care and visited Idea Care Lajpat Nagar Central Market so many times, But No Positive Response. Please do the needful Otherwise I have to Approach Consumer Court.
Do Acknowledge me on below nos as soon as something is being done in favour of me.

I ported my tata indicom postpaid number working from last 5 years to idea on my friend request
I bought a internet plan of Rs. 98 after its activation i used the service after one and half hour of usage my outgoing barred due to exceed limit. why charges r there when plan is activated and my calling was under my free limit but my calling charges reached 72 rupees why it is so. now I m going to consumer court if you didnot responded to my complaint. Please convert my number from postpaid to prepaid as soon as possible
