Default complaint against loop mobile customer care service

respected sir,
i have called loop mobile customer care. but every time executive disconnected my call and said the reason is i was not responding them. from last 4 days my balance is deducting 7 rs per day. when i asked the reason they said i was in roaming area but i dint go anywhere from my local area. executives are saying they are not able to find out the reason and system is always down. i have recorded all the calls and i have the proof also. please sir help me. its not only about my balance deduction its about the poor service provided by loop mobile.

klindly issued my notice that without my notice scheme (Hungama)activeted 4-5 days before. itwas tariff Rs 5/- day. was complained loop costmore care 3-4 times. the scheme was deactivet now,but i ant my refund.

Angry bad service

i have called to the customer care service of loop and i have talk to anil the exe was so roudly to me and without solving my prblm he dissconncted the line wht bad service u are giving to cust that without solving my prblm he justdissconneted the line

Thumbs down bloody worst service

despite of calling many times and requesting many times the customer service does not stop deducting my balance. any service gets activated without using net. i am fade up of this thing.
they do not even send the compensation back instead they talk nicely but do not stop the service. they blame me only though i told them. once i opened facebook since then my wallpaper service got activated because i opened one image. this has many times they do not consider

Angry customer care complaint

to whom so ever it may concern,

despite of calling and requesting many times in single day that is today 25-08-2011 regarding blocking my sim card due loss of phone with sim card inside. every time i have received only answer that the system is down, and complaint could not be book.

being an international service provider in india, how any one can believe?

also i tried to block from the loop mobile outlet at nerul navi mumbai station premises, the shop was half closed and the boy sitting inside was so rude and could listen to any request.

if any thing wrong happened using my number the sole responsibility remains with loop mobile service provider.

Thumbs down worst service

respected sir,
i called more than 10 times to the customer care, but only 2 times they pick up the called nd both the times they fail to solve my problem......nd both times they give me diffrent information about ur sms scheme.......because of that i waste my Rs.30/-....and for dat i called 5 times bt every time there was no response from ur side.....i dont knw its service center or some private no....bez no 1 piking up the phone.....if u dont have enough staff den plzz u need to do sumting......bez of u y should i suffer......hope u look in to dis matter

Default adjusment of money

i have recharge the amt for bbm,but by mistake gprs has been activated.spoken to sum of ur exec inform him abt the same and ask them to refund my money back,but he told that refund is not possible,i ask them to deactivate my gprs and adjust the amt against bbm.he told k.i ask them whether u people r going to deduct new amt for my bbm activation.he told we will adjust.but the amt was deducted from my balalnce rather then adjusting.wht the use of deactivating my gprs service if u people r not going to adjust the amt.folow up was done with so called senior supervisor Muruthuja,he told me tht we will revert back but since 4 days no reply from ur end.was the ****all service u people r giving,providing the wrong information.i want my refund balance which was deducted from my balalnce against bbm.i hope positive response from u guys.if any senior is there to take action
