    Default complaint against Matrix

    My name is Dr Deepil Mehta and I purchased 3 Matrix cards for my journey to Spain, Italy and France. I had to pay a safety deposit of Rs 5000/- for each of the cards (Rs 15000/-) in total for the same. I was given a phone by Matrix to use during my stay in Europe.I was assured by Matrix that the GPRS setting was deactivated in the cell phone provided to us by them.I have been most unfairly and unjustly charged for usage of GPRS in France. My number in France was +33-6845101. As I had already given them a safety deposit the money was deducted from my credit card account. The amount deducted is Rs 7796/-.

    This is unfair and unjust as the downloaded data shown on the itemized billing provided by Martix shows 0 kbs downloaded. I have the bill emailed by Matrix which shows the same.
    Now Matrix is claiming that they have a bill that shows downloaded data. How can something like this be possible unless they have faked the current bill? The claims have not been strengthened with a new bill either.

    So I have a bill which shows 0 kbs downloaded and an account which is short of Rs 7796.
    Please help me resolve this matter which has been pending for over a month and I do not want to pay for services which I have not used.

    I do not want to let go of my hard earned money without any cause.
    This cellular phone company (Matrix) must be asked not to take money without cause.

    Angry Matrix cellular charged my credit card without confirmation

    HI My name is Arsalan Khan and i have taken Matrix international sim card from the International airport on the day of my departure to Italy. I came back from the trip and returned the sim card to matrix. Everthing was fine until i saw INR 100 is added in the bill as airport fees which was never told to me by the person selling it at the airport. Further they have taken a pre-authorisation for INR 5000/- against my Citibank credit card and told me that before charging anything from the card, i will receive call from Matrix asking whether i would be paying the bill by cash or by card......but to my horror they have charged straight from my card without informing me about the same.

    One more thing, the person at the airport will tell you the tariff as per the old foreign exchange rates for example he will tell you that you have to pay INR 38/per minute which will be infact INR 49/per minute. This needs to be corrected as that dumb fellow (or maybe he is too clever tells the fixed tariff which is not updated) tells the client whatever he likes and he knows that he will walk free as he is located at the international airport and very rarely will the same customer will come to matrix canope.

    If this is how they are charging their customers, i have to say that it is absolutely fraud.....it is an ill practice by them......and to add more misery to this ...whenever you call up the customer care, it will take ages to get to speak to agent and even after that if you inquire anything about bill they will simply tell you that a call back from the billing department will be arranged, which never happens....


    I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MATRIX SIM CARD TO ANYONE AND WOULD SPREAD THIS COMPLAINT THRU WORD OF MOUTH.......

    Default complaint against Matrix Sim card

    I Arshiya Dey( Ph no: 07550064113), would like to inform you with extreme disappointment, that i was lied and convinced for taking this particular Matrix student plan. Before, coming to London, i had reconfirmed with Mr. Biswajeet (kolkata, India), that i could terminate my plan within 12 days after the activation of my Sim Card(without any charge) After the 12 days i would be expected to pay the amount for the whole year in order to terminate my contract.
    But, now from the time i reached London and found a better plan, Mr. Biswajeet has not been responding to my calls or mails. Finally, when i did talk to him he denies of having said that. Also, even after repeated requests he hadn't given me or even shown me the contract. Niether i nor my father (payee of the cheque)had signed the contract or even seen it. So, we had to believe what he said for that moment, moreover all my cousins and relatives had taken Matrix, so we had never expected we gt cheated.
    Anyway, all i want right now is to terminate my account and get my deposit refunded as we were fooled and tricked into this plan. Also, this is a request that you take a very serious action against Mr. Biswajeet. Please, let me know i could file a complaint against him in any other place as well, as i really think he has no right to spoil the reputation of Matrix, by telling and promising wrong things.
    Hoping for some immediate action.
