Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased my Intex Mobile 5030 (IMEI-358329020288883) on 16-03-2010, after one month it was not working declared dead status by the service centre,i deposited this mobile in service centre on 17-04-2010 & got returnable 15 days of time period,still i have't got my mobile back.I used to continuously calling to service centre & direct company even visit regularly bt still dont get satisfactory response.It's been over 1 (one) month from submitted date.

It's an humble request to look after my problem & give solution to it.I hope u'll consider my request & give relief as possible as by ur end.

I purchased my Intex Mobile 4470 , after my bluetooth is not connecting to pc i want to use net on my pc usin my mobile and also the pc suits povided on net are not supported

I purchased my Intex Mobile 4470N(IMEI-910051905095487) on 02-05-2011, after TWO month it's headphone was not working declared dead status by the service centre,i deposited this mobile in service centre on 18-07-2011 but the service centre employee said that we donot give warranty or guarranty of the Headphone still i have't solve my problem.I used to continuously calling to service centre & direct company even visit regularly bt still dont get satisfactory response.Service centre which is located in HARINIWAS (PATNA )at BIHAR. The employee 's behaviour was very rude her name was PUJA.
