    Angry complaint against reliance

    i am thejus r.. i have a reliance gsm prepaid connection with number 8893229754...

    i have subscribed to a sms pack of Rs.39... this pack is said to be automatically renewed on the 31st day of actual subscription.... it was meant to be renewed on 23rd july 2010... it wasn't renewed that day.... so i subscribed to this package once again.... i got a message on 24th july morning that i have been subscribed to that package the package has been automatically renewed for 15 days and Rs. 19.50(half of 39) was deducted... when i called customercare they are saying that they cannot do anything and i cannot get my money back... how could they subscribe the same package once again when it is already activated.... and the last date for the service became august 7 th from august 22nd as it is reactivated for only 15 days.... at that time i thought it may have got activated on july 23rd itself and confirmation message has been recieved late (i am getting the messages only after 24 hours.... it is another problem faced from their service)...

    on august 8 th the day of renewal of the service.... it didn't get renewed...i didn't know that and i lost almost 40 rupees that day and the service hasn't been renewed... i didn't know they were deducting charges for sending sms... when i called customer care they are saying i shouldnt have send so many sms... how could they talk like that..i subscribed to that package because i send that much of messages...

    what should i do... go and subscribe the service from a retailer and getup next day to see that it has been deactivated by the reliance company and then find it reactivated for lesser number of days and the money has been deducted from my account?

    i read a lots of similar problems in the forum.... but there isnt any information about the action taken..... someone please reply what should i do.....

    this is the continuation of my first post...
    i called reliance customer care today... 8th august.... since "auto renewable" sms pack of rs.39 hasnt been renewed even today.... when i called they were saying the renewal can be done in only 48 hours... and i have to pay for each sms i send till then...then i asked if they could deactivate this pack so that i could activate the pack from a retailer.... they are saying it could deactivated only after 48 hours as it is not renewed....so now even if i activate the pack from retailer it will overridden by the "actual renewal" of the package....

    the customercare has given me 2 options in front of me....
    1) pay Rs.39 for the sms pack and get overridden in few days and theirby losing my money
    2)message atRs. 0.50 till it get renewed.... and daily i have 2 send minimum 100 messages.... which can also reach upto 300-400 range....
    this happens when i am eligible for 500 free sms daily.....

    and the customercare of reliance is customer neglecter.... when i had 2 complaints.... they only registered one and when i called them 2 know the position of my complaint... they says such a complaint was never registered.....

    should customer suffer for their server being down...

    isn't the customer be eligible for refund for non renewal or late renewal of the service ?

    Thumbs down simply use mobile portablity to go away from reliance money sucker

    avoid reliance,free from reliace,all money will be sucked by reliance in th name of sms packs, nobody cannot deactivate sms packs.money deducted automatically after deactivated sms pack from my reliacne cdma mobile

    Unhappy reliance SUCKSS!!!!l

    these ppl r begger or smthng......they dnt evn let my account with 7 rs......deductd rs 6.50 n renew my msg pack for 5 days......... n wen i txt they evn deduct remaing 0.50 rs from my account........
