Am Sanjeev Jain from Bangalore, a Reliance post paid CDMA user for about six years. My mobile number is 9342836822. In January first week I was travelling on a company purpose and to my shock I had no roaming service. I did everything I could in roaming locations to get my roaming activated but had no luck. For the one week that I was unaccessible to company on my phone, I had to lose business, face and pay for the week that I remained inaccessible.

On my return to Bangalore I took the Reliance customer care to task and was told roaming was barred or deactivated in July 2010 when I exceeded my talk value and wasn't restored despite I paying all bills on time. I have paid all my bills on time, every month, never defaulted once.

Despite having mailed the reliance customer care this concern, I did not get a reply. They do not care to reply to your mails.

Taking that cue, I decided to portout but gave this dirty and filthy operator one last chance and converted my connection to prepaid.

Am now happy using Tata DoCoMo. For Rs. 197, I get 700 minutes talktime monthly and 100 messages free daily.

In about three month's time I will port out of Reliance CDMA.

MY EARNEST REQUEST TO ALL READING THIS POST- Please never ever opt for Reliance telecom services. You can trust them, but never leave out an opportunity to fleece you.

On dt. 18/04/11 10:00 pm, my has to be cut n automatic my plan has to be changed in second plan. when i call to cc for inquiry but he said to me that balance is cut from ur side but in beetween i never call or sms to about this plan bcs i check my call details n sms box, no in this type of sms or call to u from my side. i did not understand what i will do to clam. i have to full call details .

I have Reliance post paid CDMA user for about five years. My mobile number is 9314612045. I have activered R to R free 99 plan with 199 plan in my scheme and confirm to customer care but R to R charges adjust in my bill. I have complain this matter but no responce.

I am Deeipauk,Bangalore.I have a reliance CDMA connection(9379821875).In the last 6 months,they have made soo many unwanted subscription in my mobile.Soo much money got reduced from my balance,each and every time i have to call those customer care guys and to get back my money,some times even after callling them back also they are not crediting my money back.I have already submitted 2 complaints against reliance reg this among that for one they responded.

Today again they have reduced 10 rupee from my account reg the some package activation... i don know what to do.I want to raise a severe complaint against them.Anybody in this forum who is well known about the legal side of this issue help me in raising a strong complaint against them

I am using Reliance Prepaid CDMA mobile no 9310607140 from the last 3years 4 months,suddenly
Reliance had stopped its services on 10 of may, after contacting at Reliance Customer care they
asked to submit the document at Reliance Web World, I submitted the filled Registration form
with address proof & photograph at Reliance Web World at Lajpat Nagar on 12 of May, they
said that my mobile no will be restored within 3/4 days,

After several visit when they are unavailable to restore my mobile no, I wrote to Reliance
apellate authority after several exchange of mails, they said they are sorry to restore
my mobile number, because my MDN no had been terminated due to negligance
on their part.

I want my mobile no to be restored at the earliest.

hello sir..this is tarun..from the last 7 months..reliance is very badly irritating me..everytime reliance deducts my balance...from the last 6 months reliance deducted about 1800 rs...everytime they say you yourself has activated every pack..the condition is this that there is no service left that has not been activated in my mobile.everytime i recharge my mobile my balance reaches 0 immediately...they are not activating DND also from the last 6 months..I have requested 700 times to activate my DND...but they always take request but did not activate...Reliance sucks really...i dont know what to do..i have 5 numbers in my home there is every pack activated in my mobile....plz help..i cannot bear any more....My number is 9389388488

I am using reliance cdma mobile service with the following number 9371341043 . I would like to bring to your notice that reliance cdma mobile service automatically activates any plan which I have not opted for every month and deducts near about 30-60 rs. per month.
The recent case was on August 24th 2011 when Rs30 were deducted from the balance for some chat service. When inquired the customer care representative said I might have dialed *333 and activated the chat service by accident. As I have not made any call to *333 till that time that day I asked what is the other way by which the service can be activated? I was shocked to hear the answer that he can not give me those details.He however deactivated the service and returned back rs30 to the balance. However this is only a temporary solution as I have to keep checking the balance on daily basis if it has happened again.I already have DND service activated on the mobile.

Please give me the details of what are all the possible ways to activate any service.

I think, In past this no. was in the name of Gopal Ram & Outstanding amout is Rs 234/- appx. Your Udaipur reliance office staff continously calling me & asking gopal ram is there & he had an outstanding amt.

Due to my job profile moreover i travelled in roaming area. Your udaipur staff call me everyday. I have already requested so many times but there is no action in this regards.

So requested you to kindly treat this matter on very urgent basis.

I have a reliance postpaid mobile connection ( mob no: 9329733525) which belongs to MP/Chattisgarh region. Since i am transferred to Jajpur road, Orissa. i have applied for the circle change of the above mentioned mobile no. in December 2011 at your reliance outlet in jajpur road with all necessary documents. I was very happy and satisfied with the service in MP/ Chattisgarh which is why i opted to continue with the service even in Orissa.

It is very disturbing to bring in to your notice that more than 01 month has passed away but my request for circle change haven't addressed yet. Everyday i go to your office in Jajpur road for inquiring about the status and Mr. Paresh Kumar Nayak the owner of your outlet says that it will take time. He doesn't even care to provide me the correct information about the reason why the change of circle is not happening. I had a talk with Mr. Lalit Mohanty concerned person of Cuttuck region for any clarification but all of my effort went in vein. It seems every reliance person over here is either sleeping or just passing time.

I have already paid the bill for the whole January month of 2012 although i haven't use your mobile service till December 2011. Receipt no. AMIP19504020.

May i know why my request is not being addressed ? Is your service quality and attitude defers from state to state ?

My billing cycle is 13-14 th of every month. kindly provide me a solution as early as possible or else i will be left with no option other than surrendering the mobile service. you may also note that i have a Reliance data card ( 9329771316) which i will surrender if this type of annoying attitude continues at your end.
