I recharge my mobile 9380719474 with 599 rupees after getting information from call centre that in this plan you can call to any reliance number unlimited free and to other operators 30 minutes daily. After recharging when I check my account balance it shows your remaining reliance minutes 2700 minutes. Then after I again call to call centre and ask about the plan he confirm me that it is not 2700 minutes you can call unlimited free calls to reliance numbers don't worry about the message. On 17th may I get message that your balance is low sorry you are not able to call. I again make call to customer care and want to know what is the problem. He says sorry sir its only 2700 minutes free to reliance numbers from 9th may. But from company side no intimation is given to me. Now I feel that I am cheated by the company. So I want to register a case against the company. Sir please give the guidelines what to do regarding this.

i have taken a reliance CDMA number in chennai with compleating all the necessary documentation, my nuber is 9345917997, my number was working for 7 days but after that they disconnect my number without any intimation when i talk to call center thet told me you submit your document again with your photograph , i did again but afetr 15 days my number is still not inworking , than i again talk to call center they told me your complain has registered & the number is 127828589, but still my number is not working, here in chennai i am facing already alot of problems ...............by profession i am an advocate & i want to register a case against Reliance Communication ......... pls give me reply for charging a case on RC.

sir i am mitesh advani living in vadodara gujarat, since long i am using reliance cdma mobile whose no. is 9374245781'
on 13/9/10 my balance was 59/-
on 15/9/10 my balance was 08/-
where the balance has gone the costumer care is not teling me.
i have not done any single call in the same duration
even i have got sms pack active
so where the amount is gone ?
pl. help me

Dear sir

I have been using reliance connecton since two years now.Today i.e. on 8th dec,2010, a balance of 40 rupees has been deducted from my cdma connectin whose number is 9316566108 and the id is on the name of vinod kumar.Moreover,when i called customer care,they talked in a completely unprofessional manner and disconnected the phone and told me to call after 10 hrs to know why this balance has been deducted.this is a sheer insult.please sir i am waiting to see some strict action and refunding as well.

i am having a cdma prepaid number 9371180972.from last 6 days,rs 5/- is being deducted from my balance everyday.When i contacted customer care,i was told that 20-20 cricket pack was activated on my number for which i have never given a request.Still i told them to deactivate the service.Now 6 days have gone by and still rs5/- is being deducted from my balance everyday.when i contacted them again,i still got the same reply that my problem will be within two days.Please guide me regarding this problem.
