Complaint against Reliance balance dispute and improper response from customer care

I am a reliance customer with number 9343929341 since 8 months. I am facing the problem of balance dispute since 27.6.2010

This is to complain that there is no proper response from customer care


When I called customer care the response was as follows

Sanjay (application down call back later)
Kishor (application down call back later)
Vinod (application down call back later)
Vinod (application down call back later)


My issue

27.6.2010 there was a balance dispute of 21 rupees 92 paisa
29.6.2010 I received an service request number 130667396 in my mobile

I called customer care they said your money will be waved back within 48 hours

but still I have not received my disputed money

Even I am not using any vas there is no one to solve my problem even customer care people are not able to solve my problem even they are not waving my disputed money

Please take the initiative as soon as possible

i am one of your customers mob. no. 9305361729 . I have very serious and genuine complaints against your customer care services.This problem is running from 1 month. About 3 weeks ago i got aware of this problem. after certain duration a certain amount of money has been sloughed out from my mob. balance account.
MY ISSUE:-

1) 3 weeks ago : in morning -balance dispute of Rs.10 , in evening- balance dispute of Rs. 28

I called to customer care & after trying many times i got the connection.They told me that they had
renewed the business pack in my mobile.I assured him a lot that it was not from my side but he
did not agreed to return my money.
Then i sms to activate "Do not disturb service" as START DND at 1909.

2) 19.07.2010 : again there is business pack on my mobile and my Rs.30 is sloughed off. I called
customer care at 09:30 pm My complaint no.is 132278218 . they promised me to return my
money wihtin 48 hrs.

3)21.07.2010: no money is returned back.At 10:15 pm, I talked to supervisor ARUN & according to him i
cannot get my money back. He told me to complain you to get my money back.

so its my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible so that we can trust on your services in future.

My Complain is when paid my bill that time one store seals girl received cash & she told me now server is down, but your line will be started 100% before 7.30 pm on 23 oct. BUT After 7.30pm my phone is still out of service. that time again i call your reliance store and again one lady told me after few minutes your line will be continue , otherwise tomorrow is sun day our store is open before 12am we will done defiantly . but still it is not running.

SO , I WANT TO ASK YOU IS THIS YOUR GOOD SERVICE??????

I have been using rim (cdma) for last 4 yrs.I do have unlimited std tariff plan every month .For last 7-8 days there is a problem in my no(09305750259) that while giving call on std relience GSM no.(delhi location)the receiver does not get my voice must clear this is not voice qualility problem because no voice on other side goes .on other hand I can listen another side very clearly.If the receiver disconnects the call & call back me then we find clear & lucid two way communication.Due to this problem i am facing lots of problem and still not get the sollution even after a week I am very much frusteted and irritated as I have geven so many calls to customer care .every time I am keeping on explain my problem to executive since I get all the time a new Executive online and all the time same explanation.but inspite of giving so may call and complain I got no solution all the time same reply by executive"PLEASE WAIT.......PLEASE WAIT IT IS TEMPORARY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED SOON"now this has become permanant problem which seems not to be disolved..
This is my humble request to customer care or or the person who can get get my mail as innitiate to disolve the problem.
It is possible to be staright forward to say that there is no solution for this problem........... Even few minutes back I got very disappointing answer from customer care executive who again locked a new compain.
I am writing this mail in very fustration & disappointment as even after a week could not get any resolution.Now I do not have any hope of courage to call the customer care where all the time I got a single and same wording with no solution.

There is no word to say here.this my last attempt with deep disappointment because I am tired of listening the same repeated word with no proper solution ..........
This is just a single consumer loss.....will become few addition....
but There is noting but just a ?????????? for customer care

this my complain against reliance bad network and gprs services,it is this we know that reliance is the worst network provider,but after MTNL it offered 3G services in network ,so i consider it for using gprs ,when i started and using daily plan for gprs offering good speed but when i paid for 1 month it is began to give very low speed even site is not opening ,and when i called customer care there was a simple answer again and again and saying we can not take your complain because here is network update under progress,after of one month of recharging the problem remain and the answer from the customer care is same,so is there any soloutin or not ,please sir help me,

I havent subscribed for cricket but my Rs 49 deducted on 29th March.Therefore I am informing today to see to my request.

They deducted my Balance so many times.
I am harashed this Reliance Company,that is my personal opinion that this is company is beger and bogus company.

Example of services they subscribed me to:Cricket and other pack,and other 2 sms pack. when i m tried customer care no. its always says the line is busy call later, and their SERVER was down,monthly 30th rs. are cut in my balance, and Customer Care said that it is ur fault.

how u said that when mobile is switch off and any subsciption pack is automatically activated, i think that any GHOST is in my mobile,i also think that GHOST services is automatically activated in my SIM,So plz anybody can't purchase RELIANCE SIM due to begarness of RELIANCE company,it totally fraud company.

8099593988 is my Reliance Prepaid number. The Reliance is automatically activating services such as Love pack Rs.31 and Cricket services 49. Daily cricket update Rs. 2 daily without my notice and amount is deducted. On contacting the Customer Care they are very Rude and unhelpful (Seema, Yousuf etc). The agents only keep informing that the packs got activated by IVR on the phone and are not willing to help.

Point to be noted is that the packs are getting activated and no activation message is being sent so that customers become aware of the service subscribed and balance details also not being communicated after this activation.

SR No. 151476550 is created but still amount is not being refunded.

Reliance service is hopeless and not customer friendly. They activate offers and services without communication to the users.

NOTE: THEY DEDUCT RS.30 FROM ONE CUSTOMER. BUT THEY ARE DOING FROM LAKHS OF CUSTOMERS WHO NEVER KNOW OF THIS UNSUSPECTED BEHAVIOUR FROM THIS BIG TELEPHONE COMPANY AND THE AMOUNT THE COMPANY GETS FROM SUCH AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION WILL BE IN CRORES.

PEOPLE ARE BEING FOOLED AND FALSE CHARGES BEING ADDED WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION OR CONFIRMATION FROM THE CUSTOMER.

WHEN WE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE PEOPLE NOT READY TO HELP AND DONT WANT TO GIVE BACK THE MONEY. THEY KEEP ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME AND DO NOT ANSWER AND DISCONNECT THE CALL.

THE MAIN THING TO BE NOTED HERE IS THAT WHEN THE PHONE IS TURNED OFF THE COMPANY IS ACTIVATING SERVICES FOR CUSTOMER HAVING BALANCE.

CAN THE COMPANY STOP ALL THIS STEALING PROCESS AND REFUND THE CONSUMER HIS MONEY AND ALSO STOP DISTURBING CONSUMERS FROM THIS UNWANTED AND USELESS SERVICES NOT USEFUL TO THE CUSTOMER.

PLEASE RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS CHECK AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

HOPE THE PEOPLE SITTING IN HIGHER PLACES ARE LISTENING TO COMMON PEOPLE PLIGHT AND HELP TO SOLVE THIS HI TECH STEALING AND ROBBERY.

so please my return entire money and stop this tipes of activities if you do not stop , then i switched the company please remember it .

Reliance custmr service is realy bogus...evry time th balanc dispute is found n thn aftr custmor care serivice executive does'nt listn 2 it..it realy sucks so betr improve ur services or close ur cmpany...cusumor forum must take sm action against it

i have buy a relience datacard with all my papers and its use only 5 days and its stop working i completed many times in customer care but they all told plz re submit your papers your papers lost. then i have resubmit my papers in near holi family hospital okhla community center relience office Delhi. they told your datacard active with in 5 hour i was waiting but datacard did not active. then i parches tata photon. after 6 or 7 month relience send me notice plz make payment 6500 rs what is this. they all fraude and making to all people fool. My Mob. No.is +917569898715. I recharged Reliance prepaid (GSM) of 100/- on 1st June.After 30 mins my balance reduced by 50/- due some renewal services.
when i was calling to customer care, they told me that you activated cricket pack on 2nd may.Which is beyond my knowledge.I also active the DND service 4-5 month before.How can it possible ? customer executive told that you activated through R-world.But i am frankly speaking never open R-world.If my money will not refund,I will drop Reliance SIM.
Hopefully i expect positive response from Reliance GSM.

Lost Sim Card…


This is Mr. Jitendra Bhateley holding reliance GSM No.9699839200 from the past one year. I have lost the sim card on 27th June 2011 and the complaint was made to reliance customer care and the out going of number was barred. (Thanks for at least reliance could help me out with this)



Now the problem starts here…I visited the web world at borivali (w) Mumbai on 5th July, for the new sim card for the same number. Now to my horror and surprise am I being denied the replacement for the simcard, because the address in the reliance data base don’t match my actual address. They directed me towards the nodal office. Were I spoke to Ms.Sweety who in return tried to call the manager of the web world ( Ms.Priti). Now Ms priti is not answering her calls.



I called nodal office again on 6th July and spoke to Sweety again, she was not able to help me out again because she could not get in touch with priti again. Then I called up nodal office again on 8th July and spoke to imran as Sweety was on leave. Again I told the whole story to imran, he guided me towards his senior Mr. Mahesh ranade and gave me his number which is 022-39138142.i tried this number at least 100 times but its constantly busy.



Then I called up nodal office again, I don’t remember the name of the person whom I spoke to, but I had to narrate the whole thing again to her. And again she was not able to help me out on this. She asked me to visit the web world again from where I was directed to nodal office. (I feel like being a victim of passing the parcel game).



Now I m not able to understand what am I suppose to do to get my number back.



I really don’t understand whose mistake is it in the address mismatch for which I made to suffer. Had reliance verified the address then there would have been no problem. But they never did.



I am being using the number from the past one year, making the recharges regularly. I can provide each and every detail to justify that the number was being used by me. I have also filed a police complaint for the loss of sim card and have the FIR copy with me. I can also give the details of the number being called from the said number. Had I not lost the sim card then would have never known that there is a wrong address in reliance database..



I need my number back as soon as possible…kindly help.

My name is Rajesh Kumar Singh and was a customer of reliance net connect broadband plus services (my Reliance number is 9379591569 and Account No is 500001350733).
14th or 15th April 2011 was requested to terminate my account and was paid my entire outstanding amount, but yesterday (15th July 2011) have got another mail to pay bill for Rs260.29 and today (16th July 2011) have again called to customer care center and they told me that they got request to put my connection for safe custody mode and that’s what I need to pay the amount and raise another request to start/stop my connection.
I want to raise a complaint against to Reliance communication to stop cheating customers with false information. I strongly believe that Reliance definitely has some special strategy to cheat their customers and giving very special training to their executives as well, how to cheat customers.
In addition, I want to say that was using reliance broadband service for more than 7 months and I never got more than 50 KBPS speed from them, I called many times to them and every time they were telling me that they have some problem with network and soon they will resolve the issue. But it never happened.
I would also like to spread this message to all reliance users to be careful if you are using reliance product and be careful with communicating with them and ask them to send an official mail for each request. If you are not a reliance user and planning to go for reliance, please take my advice and think twice.

I am sorry to tell you but Customer service at Reliance Communication is very Bad. We ask them something else and they reply u something else and even do not allow customer to speak.

On 2nd August I had called Customer care as unwanted Caller Tune was activated on my 9372427997 No. The Representative asked me to Message 'UNSUB 1003' to 155223. But I received an msg as 2 Rs is deducted for the caller Tune for 1 day. I did not mind as it was only for a day. But the next day on 3rd July they deducted 20 Rs for 20 days Caller Tunes Subscription which I had not requested.

On 3rd August My Friend called up at *333, as Reliance has not kept any balance in my mobile by activating unwanted Caller Tune. As soon as my friend told that she wanted information for her friends no. that by who's permission caller tune is activated, the representative did not even bothered to ask the problem and told call from the same No. i.e. 9372427997 to get the informaton. The Representative Behaviour was too bad, I would not Like to mention the name of the person as I only want to unsubscribe the Caller Tune on 9372427997 & do not subscribe it without my permission. I also want my money back that is 22 Rs as I have not subscribed for the caller tune and the balance was deducted because of Reliance Communication's Mistake.

Please Unsubscribe the Caller Tune on 9372427997 and return back the money. Do not subscribe any caller tune on 9372427997.

Hopefully you will look after the request as soon as possible.

This is to inform u that I Rahul is Getting call from Cust. Care everytime for conversion of Prepaid into Postpaid. While i was in roaming (Bihar) I got several Calls and when i recalled on that no. one of the cust care executive said that she will deactivate my connection as she has power of a cust care executive. She was saying me that chal chal and enquired me that why i m using this no. if the owner is Upendra Yadav who is my uncle. I m not expecting that I will get anything in return of this complain but still want to write on the wall that the Cust care who called me from the no. 9883194042 said she will deactivate it very soon on 13-08-2011 at 1:22 PM.

Lets see what happens abt this

I am sanjeev kumar. I take the conection of Reliance Base Phone Post Paid Connection on 2 february 2011 which number is 0612-3296925. It is terminated without any notice on 3rd march. Then I complain to the Reliance web world the donot solve my problem. Finaly the number is terminated. Then I take pre paid connection on same handset which number is 0612-3258181 it works in only one months and it also terminated without any notice on 2nd july 2011. I regularly complain to the Reliance Coustomer care, webworld,Circle Office panta biskoman of all officers but yet there is not taken any action of my pre paid connection.

Lets see what happens abt this

we have allways paid by cheque
so please solve my problem
