I'm Vipin and my reliance mobile number is 7499086908. One month back I've purchased a CDMA connection of Reliance mobile on the name of Arpit Srivastava as I'm from South India and I was needed an urgent connection. On 25th July one guy from reliance called me and talked a lot of things regarding a lot of unwanted services and I was busy on that time and I told him that I don't want to subscribe any of the services. But on 26th July evening when I checked my mobile account balance, I was shocked.. There was a deduction of Rs.138 from my account. So I called customer care and registered a complaint. The complaint number is 132969994. And the customer service executive told me that the money will be refunded with in 2 days to my account. But even after 4 days nothing happened. So again I called the customer service and then one executive told me that they will not refund the money,as I renewed the Super Saver pack.And he disconnected the call. Then again I called customer care and talked with another executive, and he told me that he will check this issue and he will call me back after some time. But he didn't. Actually they never inform me before the subscription of the service and I came to know that this service is activated twice on my number. ie, they deducted Rs.69+69 for two time activation for one service. This is also done by without my knowledge. Again I contacted customer care on 2nd Aug. and then the executive told me that the server was down and couldn't check this issue. Also the same day I got one sms from reliance regarding the renewal of the subscription of FMIndia service on my mobile will be done by within 2 days and will be charged 30 Rs/month. I asked this executive to stop any activation or subscription of any of the services on my number. He said that he will stop this renewal and do the needful action. but on today i again received the same sms for the renewal of FMIndia service saying that it will be renewed on tomorrow. What is this??? I don't understand what service is RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE provides their customers. What they are thinking that all the customers are FOOLS???? Is this a manner to treat customers??? I think this is the time to change the name of RELIANCE as they are not at all RELIABLE anymore. They are simply looting the money from their valuable customers and keep on making fool and INSULTING the customers..So I request to all of you that next time don't go for RELIANCE, as it's name not Trustworthy, as the name indicates...

Hi I am sahil sharma and my reliance no is 7428696391, I have registered my complain in reliance customer care but no one is willing to take any action. On 22 april 2011, Rs 49/- have been deducted from my phone for some combo pack which I never asked to activate. It was told to me that I activated the service by a telecall at 7:26 but at that time even my phone record shows that no call was recieved or done. This is a pure case of robbery by reliance I want my money back, even last time such things has taken away my lots of time and money. I want my full amount back or I will case against them, I will go to the media refund me my money or tag ourself as robbers.

I am avdhesh using reliance gsm (9555370749) service in delhi.Last few weeks many unwanted services hasbeen activated on my number and when i cal to customer care they says we deactivate your sevice n didnt refund my money.They behaves very badly when i say him to refund money and always says our system is nt woking propery.
so pls sir help me and solve my problem as soon as possible..
