To,
The General Manager,
Tata Docomo

Subject: Complaint against cancellation of the services to the number 9029 000786 .
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the cancellation of the services to the number 9029 000786.I have submitted the copy of the Police N.C. for the lost reciept of the payment made against the Vanity No. 9029000786.
I went to meet Mr. Vishwanath, the Manager of the Borivali (e) Branch to bring to his notice the problems. He assured me to sort this problem. He got me through the conferencing to Mr. John, the vigilant officer Tata Docomo. Mr. John after listening through me, asked me to send the N.C. and he too assured me on March 22, 2010 that he too will look into it.
On March 23, 2010 I came to know that the services to my number failed. I called up Vishwanath. He said that he will inquire and let me know. And then I called up John to bring to his notice about this, he bluntly refused to help me out and said that since you have not provided the receipt that’s why it got cancelled.
I understood the point what the executives of Tata Docomo are making from Afzal Khan to John are indulging in the politically malafide way of cheating the customer.
My questions to the company are:
1) How could you stop the services without intimating me officially after I wrote a reply to your letter dated March 15, 2010 received on March 19, 2010.Is it a preplanned scheme to deceive the customer by making him being late and then end the matter. And anyhow I managed to get in touch before the last date.
2)If the money is not paid to this number, than how did it get registered on my name and how is it functioning for the past five months on my name?
3)The only request you put that to show the receipt. And the answer I give with the proof that I lost it. Now, after that I asked you to provide me the duplicate receipt of the same as the original reciept had been lost.
4) After that you people asked for the kit to be shown over the telephone. I gave the answer that in the excitement of the issue of the number I forgot to pick it up. And its trivial to ask such a question and to keep that for long. I want to simply ask one question is there any other thing you would like to ask after going through the seriousness and validity of my registration which was done by your company with my details.
5) Your main concern is the money Rs.10000 which is not reflected in the system. It is not my fault. I paid the money that’s why I enjoyed the services for the past six months and thus the Sim and the Number is registered under my name.I have distributed this number to the eminent personalities. Also I made the prepaid payment for the outgoing. And it is either the fault of the system like many times it does not reflect the changes or Afzal khan,to whom I made the payment at Borivali (e) Branch, who did not submit the payment to the company.
6) Also, in the past you people have caught few employees of your company involved with cheating and fraud and Afzal was one among them. You people have infact fined them. This proves that the company do not have proper, apt and sincere employees who cheat the company and the customers and in turn to save your colleagues and job you harm the customers.Don’t take us for granted.
LASTLY BUT MOST IMPORTANT
7) Certain TATA DOCOMO staff playing with Muslim Minority sentiments by issuing this number through a Muslim named executive , Afzal Khan to play and cheat his people.Examples are vivid and clear. They are Shoaib Qureshi, the person writing this letter and Sarfaraz, who got the number now.And may be many more before. When will this cycle of exploiting Muslim Minority end ?
Also, how could you people transfer my number to any Tom, Dick and Harry without informing me?Infact that person gets the registration on the same number a month ago. And I too have the same registration continuing on my name and details for the Vanity number for the past six months.
Let non-corruption prevail upon those involved and
a) Restore my services
b) Give me the duplicate copy of the receipt of my Vanity number.
c) Apologise for causing such inconvenience.
Thanking for your rude communication and malpractices in handling my case.
Regards,
Shoaib Qureshi
