i have purchased a videocon prepaid connection nearly 3 months ago and the no. was 09068735580, once the no. was get activated , after 2-3 days the no.was closed .I went many times to videocon mobile office and did not get satiafactory reply . still my no.is not in service and i suffered many financial and social loss due to this act. so please provide me a proper compensation for this .the id attched 2 times is ration card .

i hv bought a videocon mobile which is V1675, and its not working properly so i had gone to ur serivce centre (muskan agencies) bt your employed person not talk to properly and he has not give service and i blank returned fr der so now m distroyed ur pooor mobile an buying new nokia mobile its my first and last mistake which i had bought videocon items bt in future never i will buy videocon items.

I bought Videocon prepaid card on two months days back and address verification and confirmation everything as completed 15 days before. And they confirmed your address proof documentation has received. But suddenly without any intimation today my total mobile services (both incoming & outgoing) has stopped. When I spoke customer care person (121) they told your address proof not yet received and I clarified already I got confirmation from your customer care that your documentation has received and ask them to verify But more than 13 minutes there is no reply your customer care person. After that within 1 hour I called nearly 10 times but they never take my call.

Never Using Videocon Prepaid Service... Hardly you got coverage and you have to fine for Not Activate any service... They Will activate your caller tune without any information.. you have to ready to pay for the same...

After recharging for first time on videocon number, once it suddenly shown on screen, Your last call cost Rs. 30.000, Main balance is 65.000.
How can be a call of Rs.30 when per minute charge is 0.25 paise.
Thart means for a call charging I must talk for complete 2 hours!!!

i purchase videocon mobile with model V1616 at Big Bazar near Koti after using it for 15 days it started giving the problem when checked with the service center at chikadpally their was a problem with the motherboard because of which SIM 1 slot is getting disconnected i gave my mobile to service center on 9/4/2011 but till now no responce from them when check with the customer care they gave me the ref number ( Ref :- VSAH002400411_IB)

But to my shock when i call the customer care on number 0124-33660000 again they are starting from the scratch this is the 3rd grade service which i ever experienced

I called up the call center to cancel my sharyari pack on 27th May 11 at 1917 hrs which was activated by Videocon forcefully as there was no option of cancellation when the msg was send to me by them and 1st place i dont know why the msg was send to me on my number-8828388548.

The call center guy told me that i dont know what i was talking about and should not teach him his work.

when i told him that i want to speak to his supervisor he dined it 1st saying that no one was on shift then he said that he will tranfer my call but disconnected it.

I would be throwing this sim card and buying a new servce provider sim card as soon as possible as i know that no action will be taken on him.

we first had a no. of company CONNECT PING
two persons came and said that ping company is getting converted to videocon... so... for formality they made me sign a form... saying that your no. , services etc.. would remain same.... but after 2 - 3 days
but!!! they charged us 1000rps more ... without giving any information..!!! that is really unfair...!!
and also our facility to call to CONNECT from PING ( VIDEOCON) is also chargable..!!!!
so please enquire about these persons who have
guided us wrong..!! and also we are not using your sim now....

day 2) on recharge of 65rs. i got call 30paisa/min but Unlimited videocon calls skim deactivated

day 3) again recharge of 99rs. no skim activated for unlimited videocon calls and 99rs charged

Customer care remain always busy, after a day of try connected the call and no satisfactory ans.

Videocon also started cheating people like other and now no more remain trusted................

a funny thing is that customer care told me to enquire and contact customer care before recharge....

I Am K.Vijayabhaskar Reddy, From Hyderabad,
I bought a VIDEOCON MOBILE phone, Model no: V7500, from planet m retail ltd,HYDERABAD, AP .
I was facing a problem from my mobile . so went to service centre of Videocon mobile named ' Sreetel Flat No:2, 1st Floor, Sarojini Chambers, Chikkadpally, Behind Rajkamal Showroom, Hyderabad 500020, Andrapradesh' on 23.08.2011 (call id no- ST1-VG-11-0173485-DW).
As per service station it is a Touch Screen Problem, so they kept my mobile and told me that I will get it back with in 7 days but I didn’t get it back till date.
I frequently contacted Sreetel & also Videocon people on 04033660000, but didn’t get any satisfactory reply and my phone. .
I will never ever recommend Videocon mobile to any of my friends or relatives as I have had worst experience.
