To whomsoever this may concern, i am a grieving customer with Vodafone and the network provider has tortured me alot. i was unable to seek for help from anywhere and hence as an Indian customer am writing to you in acquaintance of help.
I have a no. with Vodafone and ie 9920457265. I have this no. from quite some time now and always make my payments on time. On June 3rd 2010 i wanted to make my payment hence when i cecked my bill i seen that i have been charged for Mobile connect a rental of Rs.699. I have never used that service and had not activated it hence i informed Vodafone about it and asked them to reverse the fee. The Vodafone gallery at Hypercity assured me that the charges will be taken care off within 48 hrs but that did not happen and my services were barred . From that day till today i have been harassed by the Network to mae payment for something that i have not charged. My services have been barred after being reassured that everything will be taken care of. I even received a call from their legal department and i was assured that the credit or 2 months rental for mobile connect will be applied on the a/c and that my services will never be barred again. But today again my services were barred Please take a look at my case and help me out in this difficult situation
