    Reference : Mobile no. 9899898920


    I want to make a complaint for sudden disconnection of my Vodafone Mobile no 9899898920. On 15.5.2010, inadvertently I make the bill payment by credit card for Rs 3200/- instead of Rs 320/-. I submit request with mail/letter/call centre for refund of excess payment/charge back but vodafone call centre executive clearly said that it cannot be done and excess payment shall be adjusted in future billing only.

    Although it was unfair but I accept it as my mistake. In next billings my account was adjusted accordingly. Last bill as on 19.6.2010 depicts the balance is -2511.44.

    On 3.8.2010, I got a call in morning 11.30 a.m., from VF call centre that we are disconnecting phone due to nonpayment of bills. After 5 minutes the phone was disconnected. On contact of customer care no at 111/198 the same reply was given that due to outstanding of Rs 980/- the phone is disconnected.

    In the evening a call (from 919873153916) confirms at my another phone (9811100226) that charge back for Rs 3200/- is given to you on 31/7/2010 and issued me rude instructions to deposit the outstanding amount but refuse to send email/sms alert for charge back.

    I request the executive that why you are disconnecting my phone without my fault and inspite of having credit limit for Rs 7500/-. I also requested to adjust my dues from the excess amount and release the balance payment but not to disconnect my phone. Being a working lady, I urgently require the telephone services however executive insist me to deposit the o/s balance only. After that I checked all my bank accounts and finds no credit amount appears in my statement as on date of writing this mail. I also submit and mailed the bank statement personally at VF store.

    After making many emails and long call centers conversation (after holding the line 30-45 minutes on each call) they activate the services for 3 days and again disconnect my services to day. The company unable to return my charge back amount for Rs 3200/- as on date and not fiving the services.

    I just want to know what is my fault. Inspite of the excess payment with VF I am not getting mobile service. In view of the above, I require your help and require the following:

    1 Activation of my services immediately without any condition as company owe my amount for
    Rs 2200/-
    2 Apology letter from Vodafone.
    3 Interest @ 15% on using my amount as loan.
    4 Rs 5000/- on a/c of Telephonic harassment.

    Default being cheated and harrased by vodafone

    i megha agarwal and my no. is 9830645951 is being fooled by vodafone mobile company from past 15 days.
    i requested a number portibility for my no., thn a recd a cal from vodafone department on 5th april '11 stating that there is some special offers for my number & requested me to stay with there network only, i agreed. they asked me to recharge with rs 62 voucher & my vodafone to vodafone will be 10 paise for two months , which has not been activated till now i am still paying 50 paise for the calls, i tried to contact vodafone enormous number of times again & again i get the same reply that my problem will be resolved in next 24 hours but it has not been solved yet....
    pls kindly look into the matter ... i want
    I just want to know what is my fault. Inspite of being a vodafone customer from 2001I am not getting mobile service. In view of the above, I require your help and require the following:

    1.my 62rs back
    2.rs 1000 on accout of telephonic harrasement and wastin my time by giving a regular calls to vodafone department.

    Angry deduction of charges

    My number 9819291309. My complain against vodafone is that they are misguiding customers .. Deducted 100 rs wrongfully without usage ..called 198 , went to vodafone gallery but no response, pathetic call centre , not ready to give nodal office number..when asked for name they are not giving it clearly, thinking customers dumb, give wrong explanation, I got unlimited blackberry plan but still they charge me for internet for data without using vodafonelive..looting and cheating customers... I am an employee of hindustan times ..would be ruin their name soon if my issue doesn't gets solved... I mailed complain to vodafone care and I got call from the no.. 02271713267 girl named nidha or neeta ( didn't specify clearly intentionally ). Misguided and tried to convinve me which was useless and in vain and given wrong information

    Default Not Getting UPC from Vodafone for MNP

    Dear sir/madam
    I am using the mobile number 9739217299. I am from Bangalore. I am trying to port out from the Vodafone to Airtel. I have sent the message PORT 9739217299 to 1900. I got a reply saying that, "Hello! The number you are requesting for porting is allocated for our internal purposes. Hence please contact our customer care for further details." Then i have called the customer care and enquired they said to wait for 24 hours because they have some technical difficulties with this number.

    From past one week, each day I am calling to costumer care and each time they are saying to wait for 24 hours because they are not able to communicate with concern department. Even I have visited to Vodafone Store and got the same replay. Please help me in resolving this issue.

    Default Deactivation of My network on Vodaphone

    Hi,

    I have recently moved from cellone to vodphone due to network availability problem in cellone. I have done MNP in Paramakudi, Tamilnadu. I have submitted all documents during MNP and activated my vodaphone network. After couple of weeks I have received an SMS from vodaphone stating that My document details are not updated in their database and requested me to resubmit again.

    I am working at chennai, So I have submitted my documents again in Velachery, cheenai vodaphone outlet. After couple of days they deactivated my network. I have called vodaphone customer care multiple times and everytime I call I got the same message that it will be activated in next 24hrs.

    I have finally spoken to a floor manager after 5 days and he advised me to email my scanned document along with photograph to vodaphonecare.tn@vodaphone.com mail id. I have received response after couple of days stating that my mobile number is from non-chennai, so i have to submit my document in anyone of the non chennai store to activate my network.

    It been more than a week since I lost vodaphone network still I am not getting proper answer. When i submitting my documents at velachery office I have ckearly told them that I am a non-chennai customer, they agreed and accepted my documents. Still I am facing issue, and all my transactions are based on my mobile number only. I need

    Either network to be activated or my number back to move into another network.

    Please help.

    Default stopping services without information & on a unaspected reason

    dear sir/ madam,
    My self Rishikant chaturvedi working in STATE BANK OF INDIA. I have purchased a TATA DOCOMO SIM , thats MOB. no. is 7405489763 for using net services. I have filled up registration form by giving my PAN CARD and MY SBI ID CARD & current residential proof. My services have been started after 2 Hrs of purchasing the SIM. After 3-4 days I have received a call from company call center that Inform me that my registration form have been return due to a Black & White Photo while on registration form at the place of photo pasting block there are no written information about photo , almost mobile companies also not mantioned about photo. I am busy for some Days due to prepration for our Bank Audit so I cant submit my color photograph on shop. After about 20-25 Days of services suddenly on 07/07/2011 stopped. That
    Day was a rainy day so I thought that due to cloud network not received so I ignored that day but when two days services still not provided , I went to shop but he gave me a rude answer and blame me for that problem. I Ignored his talk and submitted my color photograph on 11/07/2011 at about 6.00 pm. Till today services not provided while they don`t inform me before stopping my sevices. What can I do now , Please suggest me or submit my compliant.

    My self Dr.Hanish Patel.....from Zadeshwar, Bharuch

    I had a vodafone number 7567531313....on January 21,2011...I converted it to prepaid from postpaid...as it was in the middle of the billing cycle, I was told to pay lumsum bill amount 2729.00 rs..and for that i was told by vodafone executive that after final billing at the end of billing cycle, the remaining amount will be refund to you within 90 days by check.......but till date i haven't got refund of Rs.1957.00..as my bill for that month was 772 Rs....

    For this matter I complaint to Vodafone store, Bharuch.....for several times, even I complaint to Vodafone nodal...for 4 to 5 times...but everytime I was been told to wait for 15 days...

    Now After keeping me waited for so long...I got Answer fro nodal that A cheque of Kotak Mahindra Bank amounting Rs.1957.00 has been already Dispeched to you in the month of may..and that has been credited in to your Acount....

    But the Reality is I have not got any Cheque..and I had Shown my all bank statement to vodafone store Bharuch....

    please Help me where do i need to complaint.....as Even nodal officer is not able to help me...

Complex jalandhar and I am tell to ur executive for show me any SMS any other Request for demand itemized , he says no request for itemized from ur side its a mistake and next time ur not received itemized then I requested for stop the itemized but this month again Vodafone charge me for itemized and also some charges of international sms buy I am not sending any massage also I am not received any hard copy of bill from last one year when I visit ur store all ur executive are busy in id's any other work no one listening and solving problem of customers
    According to Ur slogan “Happy to Help” is now plz change with “Worried to Help"

    Do not worry Arvinder , this is common with vodafone.

    vodafone had activated itemized bill service on my phone without asking me.
    They had charged the amount in my phone bill.
    I had to visit the vodafoen store 2-3 times and got it deactivated and also got the money refunded - BUT AFTER A BIG Fight.
    They did it only because they could not prove that I had activated this service.

    vodafone is a expert cheater. -- expert in cheating customers.

    Default Vodafone to airtel mobile portablity

    I submitted my application on 6th Sep for port in from Vodafone No.9703805098. I recvd the Porting Request VA374863 dated 8th Sep 11 which was forwarded to Airtel Store for initiating the portability. Thereafter I recvd a sms on 8th Sep from Airtel saying that they are now processing my application against my port in request. Again I recvd another sms on 9th Sep saying my port in request has been declined by vodafone due to some contractual obligations. I met Mr.chetan Vodafone Manager at A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad who said "there is no contractual obligation" so he will check with his counterparts and come back to me. Mr.Chetan actually told me he will send a mail to his counter part for clear response. Since then he never responded to my calls and all my attempts to contact him repeatedly have failed. Then I went once again to the same Vodafone Store and met Mr.Syed Zia Ur Rehman Hasmi on 13th Sep who prepared a mail in my presence ad sent it to his counterpart. However, he was unable to respond to me about the reason why portability has been declined. He told me he will ensure a call from his team members on this issue when I talked to him on 16th Sep. It is a clear harassment and cheating on part of Vodafone. I got totally fed up with Vodafone in andhra Pradesh due to which I decided to change to airtel. If Vodafone thinks by forcing this way they can keep me as their customer they are mistaken bcz if they dont allow me for portability I will cancel my telephone connection(9703805098) and go for a new Airtel connection. However I want you to do the needful. best regards

    Mr.Prabhakar,

    You are on the right side and vodafone is on the wrong side.
    The problem with vodafone is across the country.

    My friend was getting huge bill amount even 3 months after he had applied and confirmed that his phone number was disconnected. First month he ignored considering it was misunderstanding. But then vodafone sent him a notice and calling him and speaking in false language for paying the bills.

    He then went to the vodafone store and had a verbal fight and he provided them with details of disconnection. then they agreed and accepted that it was their mistake and the number was not disconnected.

    But imagine that the number was not disconnected and the phone was not used.
    So he should have got a bill of not more than 300 which was the rental. BUT THE BILL AMOUNT WAS RS. 1100 /-


    SO IT IS CLEAR THAT VODAFONE IS CHEATING TO MAKE MONEY

    But my friend fought back and now he does not have to pay because of vodafones fault..

    So you have to fight for your rights.

    Why should you change your number when vodafone is at fault.

    Being a part of cheating is same as cheating done by you.

    IF customers like you let it go easily then vodafone will think that no one cares and will
    continue harassing others also.


    If original vodafone numbers are on different network they might realize that they should treat customers properly.

    Default Vodafone not activated service

    Dear Sir,

    On 22.09.2011, I chose to activate the per second plan on my prepaid number 9873855898 and Rs 28/- deducted from my balance. When I made a call on 22.09 and 25.09 from my cell, company is deducting per minute charges instead of per second. Despite various customer care calls and requests no body is taking care of the same and just assure that will be activated or fault will be removed in a day or two. On 06.10.2011 an executive assured me firmly that my excess deduction and services will be restored in 48 hours but not.

    I am not understanding what the company is and how they are operating network with such a negligence.
