    Default Complaint against vodafone prepaid connection

    I have a prepaid vodafone number 9654414480. 4 weeks ago I recharged my no. by Rs. 28 to avail facility of validiy and 1p\sec call .But call charges deductions are normal 1 rs per sec.I have launched complaint two weeks ago in vodafone care but still same charges are deducting.

    Dear sir,

    ihave use vodafone no 9582480943,but sudenly you have disconect this no service

    the no is open but outgoing & incoming are stop.iam contact the coustemer care the

    c.care exucative says 9999386939 no is coplent agenst rgarding instolen your no so we

    have diconect your no but my no is use by my sister.so please service in this 9582480943
    no activate.

    I am Dishan Ahmed from UP (W).
    and I am having a prepaid Vodafone Number +91 8954187786. when I am trying to recharge my no online on" http:\vodafone.in"
    after all the procedure for filling no and recharge amount, name and email address the massege is showing......."YOUR VODAFONE NUMBER DOESN'T BELONGS TO THE CIRCLE YOU HAVE SELECTAD"

    Default complaint against serious access charges on ISD calls on Vodafone

    I am writing you for the access charged levied on my ISD Calls (@45 per minuet) made to Reunion Island. I like to bring your kind attention toward this Island which is a French territory and very next to Mauritius. I also like to recall you that your charges for Mauritius is @10 Rs per min and for France, it is 06.40 Rs per min for Fix and 10 Rs per min on mobile phones. Further to this when I asked for an explanation from your call centre, they told me that it comes under rest of African island. Please clarify me that how can you change the country’s definition for your own concern?

    Thumbs down Disconection of mobile number without any information.

    I have vodafone prepaid number "09888499625" which i am using from more than last 6 years continusly but i have got my vodafone prepaid number disconnected without any information. so i requested vodafone store at mall road, ludhiana to give the information to me regarding this but unfortunately they also din't had any information about this topic. because of your disconection without informing i have got my whole buisness disturbed.

    so i request you to please inform me regarding this topic and give the whole information as soon as possible because i am suffring because of your unconvinince.

    Default Complaint against vodafone prepaid connection

    I have a prepaid vodafone number 9051781337. the company is automatically activating certain offers such as sms packs, cricket alerts, football alerts etc. and deducting money from my balance. if i try to call cumtomer care either the etwork is busy or customer care executive is saying that i have activated the packs by pressing some buttos. intially i thought i may have pressed some buttons. but now i am sure that all these offersare being automatically activated by the company.

    Default Unnecessary deduction of GPRS uses amount .

    HI,
    I am Anurag, I am using Vodafone Prepaid connection 9916831889 from last 4 years.
    I am really fed up now with the services of Vodafone and there customer care people.
    These people don't have any ethics and they simply blame on you.
    They are giving wrong information and not taking serious action against the compialnts.
    I have requested for GPRS for three days for 16 ruppes. I sent a message and after 4 hrs I was using the Internet service through mobile modem(never used more than 2 hrs till date).
    When I tried to make any outgoing call, it shows my balance is in - 200 rs.
    I recharged the cell and made a complaint and these guys said we found the problem in our server and your money will be refunded back in another 24 hrs.
    After calling 5 times to Customer care they are saying it's your fault and watevr the amount is deducted is as per our norms. and it will not be refunded.
    Is there anyone who can really help me .
    one of the customer care executive name was Lahri who puted me on hold for more than 1 hr yesterday.
    Disgusting and basterd people same as there company

    Default my prepaid iteamized bill

    hi i use vodafone prepaid no 9811888793 from last 4 years. now in the month of sep 2010 i change this no to post paid. i have lots of money in my prepaid account in the month jul 2010 and aug 2010. i feel that vodafone company cuts my money without my use. so i requested there to provide my jul aug 2010 iteamized bill which show my usage of call and sms. as per trai order prepaid customere have right to know about there usage or which a/c there money use.. if there is fees of Rs 50 for this bill i m ready to pay for it.

    I have a complaint against vodafone company.i have a mobile number 8054060397. the complaint is regarding the cc executives that they didnt talk to me gently. 29-30 oct 2011 at midnit i ring up call at cc center from my delhi number 9711767745. first mis RAJVIR talked to me that disscussion was nabout 15 minutes after that she JASPAL. and yhe 2nd complaint is about that this company continusly deducted my cell phone balance from last 15-20 days. i had complaint many a time but no satisfactory answer was given to me by this company.... and today 29 oct. early in the morning i got a messege form company that 30 rs has been deducted from your balance. i asked to the cc executice but he put my call on hold for a long time and the same thing happened. again call was disconnected..... i just wanna talk to seniors of this company regarding these issues..

    Angry Vodafone Recharge Problem

    My mobile No is 9884091906. I made a Vodafone Recharge of 333 Full Talk time on 01st Nov. The balance prior to the recharge was Rs.25. After the recharge, the balance became Rs 324 instead of Rs 358. I called the Customer Care but they did not receive the call.
    I did not use the mobile to make any further calls that day. On 2nd Nov , when I checked the balance to see if it had been corrected, the balance showed Rs. -53.38. I registered a complaint through Customer Care at 12:30 pm on 2nd Nov. I was assured that it would be taken care within a max of 24 hours.
    When I called at 1:30 pm on 3rd Nov, the customer care executive tells me that the request is still pending and it has been forwarded to their technical team. When I spoke to the Supervisor Mr Prabhakaran, instead of fixing the problem he asks me to wait for another 24 hours and incase I need to make calls, I should make another recharge to get the outgoing calls activated(which had been deactivated since 1st Nov now).
    I would like some action to be taken against Vodafone so that it stops harrassing its customers in future.
