RESPECTED SIR ,
I m having tataphotan postpaid connection my bill plan is ARP (Annual rental plan) it means i had paid for 1 year in advance.The company providing 1024MB monthly and after 1024MB that other uses will be charge with 0.50Rs/. per 1 MB i had taken connection on 23 Apr10 and up to 13 May i had used 1045 MB it means it exceed 21MB only But they charged me for that 181.17 Rs/. and it is reflected in the bill also

when i complained for that to the tata teleservices they had not taken any action and and in the reply they had told me we cant help it u can take this to the consumer forum......







so its my request to u please take necessary action for that.
