    Default Complaint lodging on the airtel office

    I am the resident of Jaggayyapet, Krishna(dt), Andhra Pradesh. I have a complaint to lodge on the Airtel Office in our town. The people in the office are not responding to the customers and giving some most worst answers that Airtel customers dont expect. The employees dont know any thing about the offers that Airtel has and all the customers came here has observed that the employees will always been talking to their relatives and not giving sincere answers to the doughts customers have.

    So please kindly warn them or change the franchise.

    Angry Irresponsible Executives @Airtel Office, Vellayambalam

    i have been using an airtel sim from last june onwards. before one month i got a call from airtel for id proof verification, and the executive told us there is no id proof submitted in my name for this sim. for some reason i was not able to submit the id proof, and the outgoing was barred. i contacted the customer care for the same and they asked to submit the id proof to any of the airtel office in tvm since i am staying here. i just confirmed with the shop from which i bought the sim whether they have failed in submitting the docs to the agents and found that that was not the case.

    As per the update from the customer care executive, the airtel offices were working on sundays also, but couldnt find one in the whole trivandrum city.I called 198 and the executive verified my name and address and confirmed it and told me that there might be some misunderstanding, since verification was done due to some national security issue, we have to submit the id proof again. So i submitted the docs to vellayambalam airtel office on 27th of this month and as per the update from the executive it will be reactivated within 24hrs. When i told the staff there in vellayambalam about my issue, I was completely shocked by their response. It was like the response we get from an auto driver bargaining for the fare. It was like that is none of their business and they said they are helpless in resolving my issue .

    I again contacted the customer care, while i was trying to explain the issues, the executive disconnected the phone. And i again tried to contact them and when i asked them to transfer my call to their supervisor, and when they did the call went unanswered, means no one was picking the phone and it was ringing for almost 30mins. I went to the airtel office again last saturday and they told me that it will take 4 days to reactivate, becoz they have to courier it to Cochin office.

    As a user of the airtel for the past 6yrs, i cant believe the sort of irresponsible behavior from the staff. When i contacted 198, they told me they cant do anything and i have to contact the airtel local office. When i contacted the airtel office, they said that the reactivation should be done by the Cochin office and they will do when they get the docs. My question is that, why couldnt the staff from Vellayambalam office just contact the Cochin office and ask them to resolve my issue.

    IS THIS THE KIND OF TRAINING THAT YOU GIVE TO YOUR LOCAL EXECUTIVES TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS???

    sir,.
    i have been facing a problem from 15 days i have bought this airtel company sim.my balance is been deducted from my account from 80 to -10.plzz.consider it plz.the custmer care executive is abusing me ,he says they have done so,by activating packs on my pjhone no. without my permission.they say that what could the law do

    Default 9960018846 call rate problem

    Dear sir

    I regret to inform you that ,i am pay ver high call rate on my mobile 9960018846.My earlier call rate was 1 Rs/min fist call of day & 40 paisa /min there after.

    However now this call rate is revised without my infomation & I am paying 1Rs/min.

    I spoke to customer care where i didnt got any satisfactory reply.

    I kindly request u to give me earlier call rate or any cheper call rate scheme for local call.

    I am not willing to pay present call rate when i have option to select other Sim with cheper call rate

    Default faulty internet usage data deduction

    sir i have recharged rs 98 internet package on 26.12.2011. I got only 500 mb instead of 1gb. Again recharged the same on 30.12.2011 & got 1gb. I surfed in my desktop for 1hour but after completion i got message of 890 mb of data usage which is horrible. Please help me. My mob.no. is 9937495956.

    Thumbs down Complain Against Airtel Message Department And Airtel

    When i bought sim of Airtel company. On its cover it was mentioned that on days (new year day 1 Jan , Valentines day 14 Feb , Holi (both choti holi and holi), Choti Diwali and on Diwali ) customer's message card will be in non working mode but nowhere it was specified that on 31st of December(New Years Eve) customer's will not work. And without any
    Notice they have disabled message card. Customer should have received a message of this Act by the Service Provider.
