Para (1) This is to inform you that chat service (No. 51819 on 30/01/2010) was activated on my mobile no.9450664739, which was solved by you through my repeated requests contact, on 29/3/2010. In this regard I seek your help to know that whether I am entitled to receive a refund Rs.60/- for discontinuing my services for two months, without my consent.
Para (2) Further without my consent another service (No.56505) has been activated on 26/5/2010, for which I immediately lodge a complaint (No.6182584) to avoid unnecessary loss of money as has been previously. Consequent to my complaint i received a massage that my problem has resolved, intimated as under:-

I hope you will guide me as to how i can receive the excess amount paid by me.
