Dear Sir,
I have made complaints on the following complaint regarding the
non-functioning/malfunctioning of the above said telephone a no. of times:-
1) Complaint No. 20th Mar 2010 ....31562737
2) ,, 10th May 2010.... 32205096
3) ,, 24th May 3020.... 32392637
I had specifically conveyed that unless and until my complaints are looked into
and sorted out to my satisfaction, I may not be in a position to pay the
bills. Still, though the complaints were from March 10 onwards I continued its
usage and made repeated complaints and made payments in time in the past, with
a hope that you will attend to my problems and sort it out.
It did not happen at all uptill now, but one fine morning the outgoing from my
mobile was severed for no fault of mine, and even without informing the same in
advance of the action proposed to be initiated by you, which shows your high
handed attitude, and exhibition of muscle power which in no case can be
candoned at all.
First of all solve my complaints forth with and restore my outgoing calls
failing which the legal recourse of action available for me as per rule by the
consumer protection act will have to be initiated against you and you will
alone be responsible for such eventuality, as I shall be claiming the losses
arising out of your one sided action.
