I'm Akshay Vashishtha. This is a complain regarding the Airtel Broadband Department. I had requested for a new Airtel Broadband connection on 18th July (Form No.- 262419). After several follow ups and complains also, Airtel did not provide me with the new connection. I requested them (on 23rd august) for the cancellation of the request and refund my 500 rps which I had given as the installtion charge. After this the retention department called me and asked for one more last chance, which I gave. But inspite of that no one came to install the connection.
Now again, I have asked for cancellation and refund of my amount (The request numbers are : 4211248-refund ;4382700-rejection of the application). But this still is taking more time.Everyday when i call customer care they ask me to wait for another 3 days. Sometimes they say that the connection is active and refund is not possible. They are doing something at the backend (making connection active) and not installing anything at my premise. All this has made me very sad and irritated. I want you to help me with this. Any sort of help from your side would be appreciated. One thing is clear that I don't want to give 1 more chance to airtel for installing the connection. I want my Rs. 500 back.
