i had activated my GPRS on 25 aug. 2011 of Rs. 60 ( i.e for 15 days and 1 gb limit) so the last date was 9 th sept. 2011. So instead of gprs being deactivated on 10th sept. it got reactivated automatically and the amount of Rs. 60/ was deducted from my balance and i didn't wanted to continue with the services. The amount of Rs. 60 was credited to my Mob. no. after few complaints and it was confirmed twice by your customer care service that GPRS has been de-activated and i have no access point created in my Phone.

So how come again on 24 sept. 2011 gprs is been activated automatically and again Rs. 60 is deducted from my account without my permission or without giving any kind of message.

now this is getting irritating, i don't have time to deal with this crap.
So i would i like you to deactivate my Gprs (not like the last when i got two call on different dates from airtel care just to confirm that gprs has been deactivated) and i would want you to refund the amount of Rs. 60/- asap.
