This regarding my Reliance Mobile Number 9372363723

I had opted for an add on service of Reliance Mobiles called as "unlimited finance pack" worth Rs 99 per month approximately by Oct/ Nov 2008. Then around January 2009 I requested reliance to discontinue the add on package by calling Reliance Customer Care. I assumed that the same will be taken care of. However in the month of April/ May 09 I realized that Rs. 99 is still being charged to me for unlimited finance pack. I requested again for discontinuance of the add on service by calling customer care. To my surprise it still continued. I have tried using all possible ways of getting the query resolved. I wrote N-number of mails to service assurance cell, I went to reliance mobile outlet to register the complaint, I contacted Nodal authority and appellete authority as well. I got reversal of charges in my couple of bills and I was assured that this wont happen again. When it still continued by 2009 year end I stopped making bill payment till the time the complaint was resolved forever. To my surprise I came to know that my reliance mobile number has been terminated. I have following questions and need redressal from Reliance:

1) Why did it took so long for them and still the issue has not been resolved even after follow up for almost a year?
2) How can Reliance Mobile terminate my connection in the pendency of complaint?
3) Who is responsible for inconvenience caused to me and the loss I may have sufferred as people were not able to get in touch with me on my Reliance Number?
4) How can Reliance Mobile send me legal threats when they have be ineffecient to solve customer complaint even after a year?

I have got trail mail and legal notices I have received as documentary evidence.

Request you to guide me to get justice

now i have got tired by submitting complaints again and again plz kindly . do any thing to resolve the server problem , which causing difficulty in area of bokaro themal and bermo plz...took any action as soon as possible.

It is complaint made by me Kailash Kour that I am using Reliance GSM from Last some months but unfortunately it seems to give me problem on 30-06-2009 from 8'o clock onwards and Phone was not contacted to any no. giving answer that "no response from the customer" then I made a Call to Customer Care and Mr. Deepak Tell me that my GSM number 9018987446 has been shifted to a PREPAID number on our request , although we didn't make any Request for the above said statement by the customer care executive Mr. Deepak . The Whole process put me into a lot of trouble and we did not in contact with our suffering Relatives in Patiala .
So it is highly recomended request from a general citizens that Govt. has to take hard steps against the companies own choice funda .

i suddenly having the problem of sim registration failed and showing the sim card rejected.
when i went to reliance store at sagar (madhya pradesh) they charged me 150 bugs for the replacement.
but when i contact to customer care, they concerned me that there is no charge for the replacements.
now i m at gwalior (m.p) and having problems for replacement of sim card.
now i m losing my promotional balance due to lack of blank sim cards and misguidance of company franchisees outlets. help me out b'coz i already lost my promotional balance.

Maine apna rel gsm phone Jiska number hai- 9027497159, 9 feb 2011 ko Port Out karaya tha jiska Porting Request code RW148763 hai..
aaj 3 march 2011 ho gaye hai aur abhi tak mera number port out nhi hua.....
customer care pe phone karne par baar baar 24 hrs ka time diya jata hai aur phir nhi hota hai.....
15 feb 2011 ko meani complain bhi ki thi aur unhone 22 feb ka time diya tha aur kaha tha ki portout ho jayega.....
jAB 2 MAR 2011 KO PHONI KIYA TOH KAHA KI AB SE THEEK 24 HRS BAAD HO HI JAYEGA AUR JAB NHI HUA TOH AAJ PHN karne par phir woh hi ans 24 hrs wait....
27 jan 2011(SR NO. 145701123 hai) ko maine complain ki thi ki mere msg airtel aur others network par 400-500 baar repeat ho rhe hai... usme bhi koi responce nhi aaya, jis karan maine port out karaya aur ab portout bhi nhi kar rhe hai…

this is second time i am complaining in consumer court this for unnecessary deducting of my balance form my account please kindly solve my problem and i want to know my transactions from past three months for this i will be thank full

I am your customer (no. 8822711545). I have renewed the internet package of Rs. 98/- on 30-09-2011. on 01-10-11 at 19 10 hours i was browsing internet and used the g-mail package to check my mail and loged out. I have not downedloaded any chargable sites, where as Rs.85.50 was decucted from main balance. On enquyiry from customer care - 198 i was informed that the charges have been made for downloading, whereas I have not downloaded anything and searched my g-mail account. Though having separaqte internet package of Rs. 98/-, I do not understand why Rs. 85.50 has been deducted from my main balance. ou are requested to look into the matter and refund my money to my main account and inform me on my phone.
