    Red face Complaint for Vodafone

    Dear Sir,
    I am having a complaint for Vodafone Prepaid Service. My cell number is +91-9726324457. In the above number VODAFONE COMBO SERVICE is automatic being activated by company. I have been charged Rs.150 for three time. So reply as early as possible

    According to TRAI guidlines you Service provider cannot be charged with out the explicit consent of the customer. You can raise a complaint at the nodal officer concerned. Please also visit trai website for details

    Smile new complaint

    Dear sir,

    I lost my mobile 23/4/10, due to which i loose my vodafone post paid cell no- 9764051222 which is registered on guru refrigeration engineers, i loadge police compalint on same day which i had police F.I.R
    copy.After that visit to vodafone store on 26/4/10 at 5.30 pm & buy a duplicate sim no H2899127216220557635 9 on showing each & every document.But my sim is not activated wioth in 48 hours. Again i visit to vodafone store 28/4/10 at 2.30 pm , Mr.kuldeep yadav who is the incharge of vodafone store at shagoon chowk pimpri pune-411017.He replied me replacement not done due to o/s.my due date is 27/4/10 & i buy duplicate sim on26/4/10.Till today i had not recd any bill from a site of vodafone.so how i pay vodafone without bill proof copy.

    so how it is possible for vodafone to deactivate my incoming,outgoing calls.

    So i just ask vodafone who bear my bussiness loss ?

    I bought Vodafone number 9999108871 on 10th May 2010 from Girish Gupta. It was activated on 15th of May. I am face very serious problem as I am receiving call of some other person.



    I visited Noida sector 18 Vodafone store and enquired and found that this number is used by Mr. Sanjeev Das for past 3 years. He surrendered this number in April 2010. I don’t know why it was given to me in May 2010. I am facing huge problems because of this.



    I am feeling highly unsecured as I am receiving calls and SMS of Mr. Sanjeev Das from various people and banks. I request you to please change my number and give me a new number of new series that was not used by any body in the past. I am very thankful to you. Please try to understand my situation as it is a security issue.



    Please take this issue on priority and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am not feeling secure using this number. Please understand.

    dear sir,

    i m a vodafone prepaid coustomer with phone no {9988367295} .from last 8 months i m traying to contact coustomer care service with no { 111 } and i dint get any service through which i can connected to any ccoustomer care exective.... your ansering machine is not good it keeps telling us new plane but the coustomer dint get the coustomer care exective . and i have option for any inquiry....... it is too bad so its my request to you do change your menu selecting option ...so that we can get any coustomer care exective............. i am tiered of this bad service....

    Default Vodafone invades privacy

    I received calls from No-9176621246. Only after attending the call i realised that this is an ad for the postpaid subscibers to opt for softcopy of their bill. These are incomming calls at uneven times and do disturb doing something important.

    I call up Customer Care, they turned to be helpless to stop calls from this number. then I called up Nodal Officer (she was never accessible) a nodal team member attendes my call & she took two days to finally say that she can't do anything and the we have to listen to this till we change to softcopy..

    Is it that we have to listen to their ads. This should be the case with all post paid customers. IS IT NOT THAT VODAFONE INVADING OUR PRIVACY ?

    Default Deduction of amount from my prepaid connection.

    i am totally unsatisfied from your services.
    since 2 months 50 rs/per month are deducted from my amount without any reason or without activating any scheme.

    In june 2010, a scheme was activated on my connection named astrology which was not activated by me,but members of vodafon care at your sonepat center said that "you received vodafon call and press some key thats why amount was deducted."

    but actully i don't received any call,i am sure.
    and told to deactivate this scheme.they said ok we will.

    Now on 16th july i again went to your vodafon office and told to check about that scheme.
    Member named Bharti and one more present at that time checked my account and said no scheme is activated on your account and no amount will be deduced further.

    but on 18th july 50 rs are deducted from my prepaid amount again.

    I want the reason why again and again amount are deducted from my amount.
    All the information is given by your member still wrong things are happen.

    All the customers are not so much idiot that all you make them fool many times,just return back my all amount.
    Please look in to the matter and take strict action.

    As you know I am old customer of Vodafone. It is not possible me to
    deposited the wrong billing amount. Pl see my complaint. Correct the
    bill than only I can deposit the bill. You have not settled my
    complaint till date.

    I want to share one more information that you have already
    disconnected my connection; however the billing amount was within the
    credit limit. This is shocking. My Mobile was disconnected when it was
    in roaming, so, there is no any question of billing.

    Please correct the bill and send a collection agent and collect the
    genuine billing amount.

    Default Vodafone Complaint - SME corporate connection Kolkata

    HI,

    We are a SME operating out of Kolkata. For the benefit of all the people, we applied for a Vodafone CUG connection in the name of the organization. In all there were 16 connections with several group facilities available. It was understood during CUG creation that all the communications regarding the CUG, it's extension, activation/deactivation of members would be done by the propreitor, Mr. D. K. Saha or me, S. Saha.

    Of late, there were many discrepancies in the bills and accordingly we advised them to contact customer care helpdesk over phone. The customer care advised to visit Vodafone store to get the complaint sorted. The store refused to sort the complaint since it was a corporate connectionand told them to write to the customer care. Most of them are senior ppl having limited or no knowledge of computer or email. This includes an elderly person, Mr. K. K. Sarkar of 73 years old who made several visits without any fruits.

    Finally, the director Mr. D. K. Saha himself wrote to the customer care since his bills also had duplicate charges for the same SMS services in the bills. Mr. D. K. Saha had asked me to followup. Vodafone corporate care never acknowledged of the issues but everytime replied saying that the individual members should contact them. Inspite of clear communications that the ppl were not knowledgeable to use email, the same reply continued from their end. We asked them to deactivate the connections created for the SME but then also they wanted individual connection holder to mail them. Mr. D. K. Saha, who wrote to sort our his own problems didn't eventually get a reply. We asked them to contact us over phone but that never happened.

    I want to share this with all the forum members. I would like to be advised from similar ppl or groups who faced such problems about the procedure to take this forward. We have the bills and proof of all the communications that took place. Any advice on this is welcome.

    Default Vodafone complaint while issuing special numbers

    Dear Sir,
    My cell no is 9918302239. I was offered a Add on sim and accordingly agreed. I was given Adon sim no 21134165664 and cell no offered to me was 9721333366 on 08 Jul 11 by payment of Rs 250/-.
    Next day I was told by Mr Sameer that this no has been given to some on else and cell no offered to me was 9721999993. I was promised that same will be activated. However inspite of repeated requests to customer care this no has not been actvated till date.

    I feel customers are being cheated while issuing of special no which needs to be looked into.

    Default ISD not activated and detailed billing charges

    I have a vodafone gujarat number +91-98252 07123. Despite repeated request for not activating detailed billing and multiple calls to the customer care center, Vodafone continues to deduct INR 50Rs from my bill every month.
    Also, I have activated ISD and have a confirmation from Vodafone indicating that my ISD is active but cannot make ISD calls from my phone.
    Would appreciate if somebody from Vodafone can look into this matter and solve both the problems.

    9673818964..this is the vodafone number registered on the name of Mr. Ompal Yadav,resident of pune.This number i have been using since 1 month.it got activated on 3rd or 4th of july..yesterday all of sudden i recieved a message that you are not registered and from then on,phone is not accepting my sim.I have submitted my all the required documents on the very same day i bought that sim.
    Please activate this number asap because I have used this number for all my official purposes..otherwise this may cause trouble in my workspace.

    sir i am a customer of your service since last 5 months my credit limit is of 800 rs and my bill is 1351 how thats possiple ... plz cut of my extra charges of rs 551 and convert my sim in a prepaid sim by adjusting my security of rs 500 so plz call me that at what time i have to submit rs 300 to my bill thanks .

    dear sir,
    I B Chandrasekhar Raju is a Vodafone customer bearing Mobile No.8143753550. On 2nd Oct11, I made a sms to vodafone to recharge Internet account with an amount Rs98/- but my transaction is failed. I tried again with the same request. this time it was successful. my Internet account was recharged. but later I found that an amount of rs196/- has been deducted from my account. I contacted customer care. they informed me my amount cannot be retrived. why should i bear the loss for vodafone's techincal failure.


    kindly help me to retrieve my balance amount
