my self Rajiv kumar frm ludhiana,Punjab m using a vodafone number 9988004575 since 4-5 years.some days ago i got a call frm vodafone customer care to change my plan which was 25 rental.The customer care executive sujest me to chagne my 25 rental plan (Voda to voda 10 paise p/m nd 49 paise to another mobile) into 399 plan in which 1200 min on any mobile r free but i was satisfy by my present plan so i denied.It happend 8-10 times again nd again.And after a week i agian got a call in which the customer care member told me to change my plan for 1 month nd comitt me to change me into my previous plan if i ll nt satisfy wid 399 plan.then i changed my plan from 25 rental to 399 rental.but next month when i got the bill then i saw that i didnt get any benifit so i visit cudtomer care at mall road ludhiana to change me on my previous plan. but then customer care replied me that they can change me to prevoius plan but ur call rate ll be 20 paise p/m voda to voda in that 25 rental plan.Then i request the customer care to change my plan as it was (Voda to voda 10 paise p/m nd 49 paise to another mobile) or to change my connection into pre-paid.but now company is not changing my number into pre-paid.they told me that your using is high so v cant change u into pre-paid.even i cant change my number coz its my buissness number.so pls help me to change my vodafone post-paid number into pre-paid number.i shall b very thankful to u for this act of kindness.
