Yesterday i had a issue while recharge of my prepaid connection no 9582923853. I wanted to recharge my pre paid no by 189 Bonus card for 350 STD minutes free. But The shop keeper uploaded for 199 which is 1000 minutes local vodafone to vodafone free. Since i am basically from Bangalore came here officially for one month, i opted this no for only STD calling purpose.

In this regards i had conversation with your help desk through 111. Ur executive sujith pandey had received call and asked all the details about the issue, and since the issue is not in his scope he try to avoid the call. Then i insisted him to connect the call to his higher authority. Initially asked me to be on hold So i was on hold for around 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes u came back on call and said will connect to his boss.....I heard some music and the call got disconnected...........

I called once again to the same no 111, this time other new executive took the call and asked me to explain the issue........But since have already explained every thing to sujith kumar pandey have insisted your executive to connect to him so that i don't need to waste time in explaining the same to new person. Even after my many more requests he has not put me on to pandey. Then without finding any ways i went on explaining again the issue to the second executive...........He listened for some time and said its not updated in his system and ask me to call after 4 hours...........But have not agreed for the same and insisted him to connect his higher authority..........But your executive told he cannot connect not and will be calling tomorrow morning by 9 am . But till now have not received any call..........

Now m not interested negotiate any terms with your company. I had discussion with consumer Forum authority in this regard, they asked me to register complaint with your help desk and send the same to me. And also give me in writing why my request of "Converting wrongly recharged plan to required Plan", so that the consumer forum proceed with the legal formalities.

Consider this as very critical and urgent and arrange for the required details at your earliest.
