This is to inform you that on Sunday 18 th of July 2010 I went to your Vodafone store Rajori Garden and talked to Ms Ritu to migrate my Post paid Connection to Prepaid connection.I had deposited my old Postpaid SIM Card and along with that I have also filled the form for prepaid connection with my Photo, ID Proof (copy of Voter ID Card).
I had recieved new SIM card for PREPAID. New Sim card No. is:- 0040-5299-37 2-H1.
I had called up your costomer care executive on (21-07-2010) at 111, they told me that they had not yet got any request from Rajori Garden Vodafone store to convert My No.9811556613 to Prepaid connection & I have to go to vodafone store again and find out the reason why it is getting pending.

I am using this connection from last nine years even then they provide me this type of worst service.
