Dear Forum,

We have applied for CUG Post paid connection from reliance for our 8 offices across India and for that reliance needs the authrised signatory confirmation from the Bank

Your Hyderabad Karkhana Branch operations manager 1st asked to give a letter. we gave a letter asking your branch to hand over the Authorized signatory letter to Reliance executive.

Now they are asking us to personally come and take it as they can not hand over to a 3rd party.

I do not think i can send my employees for this job and your branch has refused to hand it over to reliance executive.

Pls help
