This is for the notification of the concerened authoriy. To inform that the prepaid services of vodafone company has unnecessarily charged the customer for the VAS feature services which the customer doesnt require the same.

Issue :Customer Mr muhammed was charged for 50/- for the Radio services activated in his mobile without his knowledge. Once he got the Minus balance in the mobile after contacting the customer care of vodafone prepaid he recharged the mobile & then send the Deact message as informed by the customer care to the prescribed number & got the conformation message for the same. So normally he should not get charged for the same hence forth. But the scenario is veryh pathetic to picturise that the same charges was impose on the customer the very consecutive month. But the customer is ignorant about the same & struggling with the neglegence of the service provider. After once the customer care center they informed that they didnt get any request for the deact hence the charges are imposed to the customer again.
Request you to please interfere to the issue as early as possible to settle the same as it is the case of neglegence from the service provider side.
