I got recharged my Airtel connection No. 9818811694(in name of mukesh mittal) in Dec 2011 . On 2nd Jan they cut my Rs 45 for hello tune which they have logged themselves and on my request , they returned , but again on 12 Jan they did the same thing . When , this time i talked to the customer executive "Aman Deep" . He told me that this time he will not refund the money , while on 3rd Jan i strictly told him not to put any hello tune . I am fed up with this behavior
I want compensation for harassment also , my home address is 4/205, Vaishali, Ghaziabad UP
