hi i am bincy. i had auto renewed sms pack by paying 11/rs as activation charge on 28 april . but suddenly on 7th may my balance was deducted and when i inquired they said that now that pack is not valid as new scheme of rs 19/month has been introduced. then on 8th may i again recharged the sms pack with 19rs but yesterday again they deactivated it without my permission and charged me 50paise per sms due to which my balance became 3rs from 25rs. when i called the customer care , mr shaheed shiekh, customer care representative told me that as the scheme is not active on my cell no they cannot give me any information about it. this is injustice done to me. i should get validity till 7th of june but they deactivated it and now refusing to take my complain and refund me back. please help me in this.please guide me what to do.
