I am Hadibandhu Satapathy (aged about 75 yrs,) using reliance gsm number 7735291303 in Bhubaneswar. Everytime when I recharged voucher, my balance showing 20/- minus or 40/- this time I have already lost 80/- from my account. I recharged on 4th Feb. 12. Everytime I tried to contact Customer care but it is not posible for us contact them. I don't know why they are doing so much monopoly. Fortunately I have got chance to talk with the Customer care and tell my problem, they assured me to return my money but the problem was same lik every time, no money return to my account. Otherwise they told me that you have misused your phone and play with message. But I am 75 yrs. old dont know how to open message or operate the mobile.

They intentionally doing that, i think the staff of the smart gsm departmnt has taken their salary by chiitting the innocent people.Not me sir, every user faced this type of problem.

Change of Service Provider is very much easy, but if next service provider will do this type of misuge of accounts then............

please I am rquesting you to take strong steps against them so that they will not try to chitt the people.
