I am a user of Reliance Prepaid Mobile Service. I am suffering from unauthorized deduction from my mobile account balance made by Reliance Telecom Deptt.. Many times, I have received sms from Reliance relating deduction of amount from my mobile balance because of subscribing a service from my end whereas in fact, no kind of service provided by Reliance was subscribed by me. In this order, I received an sms sent by Reliance3600 on 09/06/2010 at 03:01 hr relating
(i) Your prepaid account balance is currently Rs 6.34 please recharge your accont soon to enjoy uniterrupted services.then I got another message on 09/06/10 morning your caller tune has been activated @Rs 30/per 30 days.Then on 09/06/2010 at 0730hrs I had registered one complain(comp no-128806657) through superviser sashi Tripathi for deactivation of caller tune and refund of Rs 30/-
(ii) On 11/06/2010 at 03: 31 hr I received another SMS from RM-Reliance 52345 that Jeeta Tha Jiske Liye has been down loaded/renewed at a charge of Rs10.00. Tune renewal on 2010-07-11. (which was done with out my permission)
(iii) On 11/06/2010 at 13:19 hr I received another SMS from Reliance 52345 that Dear custmer as per Sr 128806657 Rs 30 is posted for wrong charging rest reduction is correct and CRBT services Unsubscribed.( But I had received Rs 20/- instead of Rs 30/-)
(iv) On 11/06/2010 at 13:40 hr I received another SMS from Reliance 52345 that you have success fully un subscribed from Reliance caller tune services.
(v) Again I registered another complain on 11/06/10 for refund of rest Rs10/-
(vi) On 11/06/2010 at 17:27 hr I received another SMS from Reliance 59111 that Dear custmer thank you for contacting Reliance .Your service request no is 129025231.Your request will be resolved in next 2days.
(vii) On 12/06/2010 at 08:44 hr I received another SMS from Reliance 52345 that Dear custmer U are subscribed to caller tunes at Rs0/5 days.To cancel, SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(tollfree) Reliance.
(viii) On 12/06/2010 at 18:46 hr I received another SMS from RM-Reliance that Dear Reliance custmer as per request no is 129025231 the benefit is already posted on 10-Jun-10 in Your account.also CRBT has been un subcribed.Reliance
(ix) Again I registered another complain on 13/06/10 for refund of rest Rs10/ .
(X) On 13/06/2010 at 07:57 hr I received another SMS from Reliance 59111 that Dear custmer thank you for contacting Relianceas Your service request no is 129025231.Your request will be resolved in next 2days.
(xi) On 13/06/2010 at 17:41 hr I received another SMS from Reliance 52345 that you have success fully un subscribed from Reliance caller tune services.
(xii) On 13/06/2010 at 20:38 hr I received another SMS from RM-Reliance that Dear Reliance custmer as per request no is 129144905 the benefit is already posted on 10-Jun-10 in Your account.also CRBT has been un subcribed.Reliance
(xiii) Again I contacted custmer care on 14/06/10 at 0730 for refund of rest Rs10/ and Igot the reply it will be credited to your account by to day evening.
(xiv) At evening when I contacted custmer care on 14/06/10 at 0930 for refund of rest Rs10/ I got the reply that The services was activated by custmer sidethe amount will not be refunded.I told the superviser I will contant the consumer court for this incident and got reply no problem U can go. Therefore, are requested to go through in this content and take proper action against Reliance so that without my consent no such deduction by Reliance can be done in future only after sending an sms in this context.
