I am a user of Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service. I am suffering from unauthorized deduction from my mobile account balance made by Airtel Telecom Deptt.. Many times, I have received sms from Airtel relating deduction of amount from my mobile balance because of subscribing a service from my end whereas in fact, no kind of service provided by Airtel was subscribed by me. In this order, I received an sms sent by AirtelLive(AL),54321 relating deduction of Rs.10/- for using Bolly subscription service from Airtel whereas no such service was used from my side. Further, in this connection when I contacted Airtel customer care on 13.06.2010(about 02:00 P.M.), they said that I wouid have activated that service after then that deduction was done.
You, therefore, are requested to go through in this content and take proper action against Airtel so that without my consent no such deduction by Airtel can be done in future only after sending an sms in this context.
