Deduction of balance unnecessarily

I am using Reliance GSM service.Last month on 9th of june 2010 I activated the adult joke service by mistake and I called up customer service and got to know will not get refund so decided to receive messages till 9th july when it will get renewed. On 4th I gave request and got informed that
my pack will get deactivated soon. I got message with SR NO. 130993338. But got messages till 8th. But today in evening my Rs.30 were again taken and thus called up customer care representative. After talking to him as 1st one was bit rude to me did not transfer line to senior. 3rd one did so and representatives as well as senior said that I activated the pack and it wasn't renewed. If I wanted the pack I wouldn't have requested to deactivate it. Kindly do the needful. If I need to visit your office for the following please let me know. This incident is 5th time happened since I have started using reliance and now I want to sue them.
