With ref. to above subject, it is hereby stated that I subscribed your Vodafone Live Rs.96 Package on 7.6.10. But after activating your settings in my Nokia 5200 phone, Vodafone Live not worked on my No.: 9988355227. In this regard, I visited Mr. Ajay at Vodafone store in Phase 3B2, Mohali but he refered me to Headoffice for the activation of this service. Then I met Mr. Arun in Your Mohali Headoffice on 10.6.10 (who installed his sim card in my set and showed the efficient working of Vodafone Live which leads to accurate settings in my handset), he stated that this service is not working properly on some mobile nos. as this service has been started recently and he committed the activation of service by the evening of 11.6.10. In the evening on 11.6.10 I informed Mr. Arun by SMS that the service has not worked till now, he replied that the service will automatically run by Tuesday i.e. 15.6.10. But I am sorry to say that no Vodafone Live service has been activated on my no.
I sent mail on 15.6.10 to Vodafone Care but till now no answer has been given by Vodafone HO, Mohali. Moreover Vodafone Care harassed me very much.
You are requested to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
