I, Kalipatnapu Suryamurty, having your vodafone no. 9820288812, relationship no. 1.00451019, would like to bring the following to you notice. it seems that you have started a new series and allotted a new no. 9920288812, without asking me whether i need the same or not ( normal market practice).
the said no. has been allotted to a person from the same business as me, and this have been causing nuisance an and loss of business to me.
it has been observed that other service providers, first ask the customer whether he would like to availa of a 2nd connection resembling almost the same number and if the customer refuses, then the same is alloted to any other client. but in my case you have not done so.
pl rectify and allott me the said number or cancell the same and avoid nuisance being caused to me.
