    Default Disconnected TATA DOCOMA service

    I am so frustrated with the level of service provided by TATA DOCOMO.

    I have been using my prepaid connection and have been recharging the number. However, my number was disconnected on 15th Dec 2010 even after having balance of Rs. 150.00 in it.
    The walk in customer centre are not at all helpful even after 3 visits in 2 days from the disconnect.
    The customer care number (9029000121) are unable to provide me a complaint number. What kind of service is this, were there is no complaint or ticket number generation.

    Default tata docomo unrequired service

    I am a customer of tata docomo mobile service. My Mobile No. is 07208211260, before around 15 days without informing me the company had activated shayari pack service and deducted the subscription from my balance amount with them. I had complained to the customer service of TATA DOCOMO and requested them to deactivate the above service and also in future do not provide me such service. However yesterday again the company have activated the above service known as shayari pack and deducted the subscription for it from my balance amount with them, on complain to the customer services they told me that service was activated as per my request though i had never requested for any such service. Please do the needful and ask the service providor tata docomo to refund me the amount deducted from my balance with them.

    Default Sudden plan change

    Ha ha ha ......... you guys are not the only "bakras" !! Have a look at my case , my plan was 60p for 1st local SMS followed by 100 free SMS's(local) and 1.20Rs for 1st STD SMS and then 100 free for the day ..... Then a few days back they all of a sudden sisconnected my number and then after lot of complaints they reconnected it BUT BUT BUT ......... They say they cannot put me back to older plan !!!!! Now my messages are 1Re for local and 1.50Rs for STD ........ Thank God we have number portability today !!! after finishing my balance i am going to go to a better network like Airtel or so !!!! .................
