Dear Concern,

My self is Vivek Anand. I was using idea services in Delhi/NCR region with mobile number 9540269898, 9540279898 from 22 jan 2010 onwards and 9540259393 from 30 jan 2010 onwards.
1st Case

Suddenly at 03 feb 2010 my no 9540259393 has been disconnected(incoming/outgoing) due to again verification purpose when this no. was in roaming. My certain clients could not make call on this till 09-feb-2010. In this way Idea plays a very dirty game with my business. I had suffered a very big loss of money and harassment.
When I called Idea customer care, the executives told –“the verification was not complete so the mobile is disconnected”. I asked why they are start that number if the verification has not been completed? They had no reply. I said I am the existing customer of Idea with mobile no (9540269898), please get start that number immediately otherwise I will face a big loss of money. But they had just ignored by saying it will take 1 or 2 days. But there was no result till 6 days.

2nd Case
For the mobile no 9540269898, they charged superflous bill of GPRS sevices of around RS 500, and for mobile no 9540259393 they charged superflous bill of IMIC services that is listening music at night of Rs 199/month for March 2010 bill. I have paid that amount with the service tax and told the idea executives to stop that service. But they didn’t stop and charged me again for that service in April 2010 which I never subscribed. In this way I have paid again Rs199 with service tax. The tota was around Rs 450 in two months. I have said to reimburse that money, but they didn’t yet.
I need a compensation amount of atleast Rs 1 lac for the interrupted services for mobile no – 9540259393 and need revised bill for the mobile no 9540269898.

3rd case
Right now my all numbers are disconnected.

The recovery department of Idea talked with me very rudely and didn’t ready to listen my any issues.
When I say the bill amount is wrong and should be revised. They didn’t take any action. They continuously called me from different - different mobile no, mainly by-9540056222 on my cell no-9959310391 and treated me badly.


Warning

I will now not pay a single penny of my hard earn money till the case is not solved to such cheaters and money makers by making fool the customers.

Their feedback is too bad.
Please do needful as soon as poosible. I am very grateful to you for this.
