Greetings to the forum,

I am a tata docomo customer since last three months i.e from Nov2011,all mandatory verifications has been completed.Strangly i am getting a call(9032002468) from an unknown person saying that he is calling from tata docomo, and keep asking me the person details/name which i am calling/smsing. he is explaining that some security alerts are coming for those number so he needs to collect the data. i just wondering how come he is monitoring my call/sms details? please advise like this happen are some body trying to find out my personal data.

Thanks for the reply but no use, i just waiting in the queue in couple of minutes,after 20 mins ending up with error message like executives are busy, trying since three days same problem, plese provide some userful info.
