My name is Neelabh Roy. Some days ago I had bought a DOLPHIN sms bonus coupon of Rs 30 of validity 30 days which on recharging allows me to send 500 free text messages. 5 days after I had recharged the sms bonus coupon and had just finished sending 80 to 90 text messages, my balance began to cut of every message i had sent from then on. When i contacted their customer care, they said i had used all my 500 free messages. I repeatedly told them that i had sent only 90 messages or so but they were ignorant and refused to listen to me and said that"Their SYSTEM is showing i used up all my free messages". I was not given any help either when i sent an email to their higher authority. They didn't reply to my email. PLEASE HELP ME. DOLPHIN HAS CHEATED ME.

reliance gsm service provider is cheating its customers by activating the caller tunes on its own wishes i.e without any customer requests. my balance have been deducted in the same case even though i was not requested for any such services. i have complined to its customer care, they are playing with my time, askin to wait for a while just to check the records and there was no answer for even 20 min.this was happened me for three times. they think if we make the customer to wait, he will go fed-up and cuts the phones on his own. first they had told to return the balance but now they are saying that they cannot refund due to "technical reasons". what is that technical reason?
