Default Excess processing fee for Vodafone mobile

DEAR SIR. you are requested to give your precious times towards this, becuse VODAFONE IS NO RESPONDING TO THIS MAIL becuses it charged against the 48th amendment of TRAI and company is not in position to answer. Company has been charged how many lacs Rs from its customer by charging 1 Rs excess whereas today I received a call from Vodafone about thier clearfication in which he provided me totally wrong information that company is charging Rs 3 as per 48th ammendment of TRAI, still there is detailed information of processing fee in which company can not charge more than Rs 2,how it is posible when A CUSTOMER GIVES RETAILER RS.50 TO RECHARGE HIS PREPAID ACCOUNT HAVING VALIDITY IN HIS ACCOUNT AND IN THIS CASE IT IS THE FULL RIGHT OF CUSTOMER TO GET THE TALKTIME AS PRESCRIBED BY GOVT. AUTHRITY (TRAI) AND IF CUSTOMER IS NOT GETTING VALID TALKTIME THAN IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL,COMPANY CAN NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER WHICH HE NOT DEMANDED ,HE IS PAYING MONEY IN FULL BLIND FAITH ON COMPANY AND IF COMPANY IS PROVIDING 10 MINUTS WHICH ARE ONLY FROM VODAFONE TO VODAFONE DURING 10 P.M TO 8 A.M VALID FOR 3 DAYS THEN THERE SHOULD BE OPTION FOR CUSTOMER EITHER HE WANTS TALKTIME AS PER TRAI OR AS PER COMPANY' S INTERST BUT IN ANY CASE COMPANY CAN NOT CHARGE MORE THAN RS.2 IN TOP-UP, IT IS THE 100% VOILATION OF TRAI ACT BUT IT IS VERY SURPRISING THAT NO ONE IS READY TO ANSWER THIS QUERY. SIR, NOW I AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO GET IT VERYFIED AND TO IMPOSE HEAVY PENALITY ON COMPANY WHICH SHOULD BE DEPOSITED IN GOVT. ACCONT AND EXCESS AMOUNT CHARGED SHOULD BE REFUND TO RESPECTIVE CUSTOMER .ONE MORE WRONG INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY COMPANY'S EXECUTIVE THAT ALL OPERTORS ARE CHARGING SAME THAT IS TOTALLY FALSE. IN ANY MANNER 48th AMENDMENT OF TRAI DOESN'T ALLOW COMPANY TO CHARGE RS 3 . AFTER THIS RELIANCE ALSO STARTED TO CHARGE THE SAME

    SIR,
I want to draw your kind attention towards VODAFONE MOBILE ,which is not following the guidelines of TRAI .According to 48th amendment of TRAI,in which it is cleared that no operator can charge more than Rs 2 as a processing fee for TOP-UP where customer have validity in his account but VODAFONE is openly charging Rs 3 .When it is asked by customer care they told that we know only about VODAFONE not TRAI.Now you are requested to look into the matter and take a positive step towards this .you can easily imagine that how company fetch money from customer;s pocket ,there are many more issue in which company disobey TRAI particularly in VAS .I hope you will devote your precious time for public interest. However company says that they provide customer 10 minutes free from VODAFONE TO VODAFONE between 10p.m. to 8a.m.valid for three days.I want to ask company to clear that if a single customer asked them to provide above 10 minutes in place of Rs 1 or company took consent from a single customer regarding minutes instead of Rs 1
