I have taken two sim cards from Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt. Ltd. – one for US and another for Canada in the month of June’2010. My mobile no. for USA was 30256 97357 (Sim no. 89014103232805266012) and for Canada was 30256 97551 (Sim No. 89014105243351837575).
I received one bill no. ATTG2245554 of Rs.873.01 on my email, which was debited to my ICICI Bank credit card. An amount of Rs.11791.05 was also debited to my same credit card without sending any bill to me. After complaining for 2-3 times I received the bill no. ATTG2246029 of Rs.11791.05. This bill mentioned the usage of Data for 5th & 6th June’2010 only. When I took the sim card from them, I did not ask for any GPRS activation. They have activated it themselves and they are now claiming major billing is for GPRS usage. Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt. Ltd. is totally fooling people by sending exorbitant bills in name of Data usage, as it is difficult to measure it for us. This 2nd bill of Rs.11791.05 is totally wrong.
Now few days back I had received one SMS in my cell saying that an amount of Rs.26726.13 was trying to be debited in my credit card but because of non availability of balance, it was declined on 14th July’10. I neither received any bill for this amount till than nor any intimation about this amount getting due from me .
Next day on 15th July’2010 two transaction of Rs.10000/- each, total Rs.20000/- was debited to my ICICI Bank credit card by Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt. Ltd. How can any company debit the amount to my credit card without even sending the bill for it and without giving some due date.
I have taken a rental plan of 30USD in which 150 minutes of local incoming & outgoing was free. I had hardly used phone calls during my trip of US & Canada. I do not understand how I can get bill for such high amount with moderate use of phone.
Please help me in getting refund the full money of Rs.11791.05 and Rs.20000.00, which they had debited to my ICICI bank credit card immediately.

Hi,

I purchased a matrix sim card when I came to UK. Now I see that most people cannot call me at all. Its like someone has to try some 4-5 times before reaching me. My parents tried to call me in vain some 10 times yesterday and they were worried about me because I was not reachable. I want the court to take corrective action on this service providers.
