on 24 aug 2011 i got 3 calls from pskistan-923474468783.first two was missed call and third call i picked up but suddenly got disconnected.airtel people must look into this.this could be dangerous.is this any kind of hacking if so it could lead to serious problem.

I got a missed call today morning at 6:51am from +923428654008 number. It seems the number is from Pakistan and I am not sure why I got this call and I am not going to call back. One of my colleague got same kind of call 2 months ago and today its me. We both are using Airtel numbers and it seems the problem is only for Airtel numbers. How come the those guys came to know our numbers and why only Airtel???? Is this a problem with Airtel???

Today 13-10-2011 on14:07 i gotted a missed call From +92-3477197303. i gotted missed call from this no before that also. i gotted this time by net that +92 belongs to Pakistan sale paisa nahi h inke pas aur miss call mar kar udhar mangte rahte h.............

i got a call from the no.923479501571 on 18th october . I was told that I got a lottery of 25 lacks and asked to pay 11500 Rs. as security money. I shocked and called back on 00923469192213 as I were told to do this on my previous call. but then I got some sense and checked about the no. then I came to know that I was being cheated, unfortunately I gave it my account no. to them. but after that I realised the truth that this was a fake call. So , plz be alert, and dont recieve any call like this, which is from out of your country

I really dont know where or what our Service providers are doing. I am using Airtel & these guys are more bothered on making money through everything that they might have sold our database.How else is it possible that i have received a missed call from +923086259695 which happens to be the country code of pakistan?

From the net i see that These guys are bent on calling innocent people & troubling them. What do they want? How did they get our Numbers? What is the Government doing? What is TRAI doing? What are the service Providers doing?

How come this menace is growing & nobody is doing anything about it except give a complaint in a blog like this. I just wish the government does something immediately to stop this NONSENSE.

Hi, I am Airtel Rajasthan customer, my mob. no. is 9983795827. I got a missed call from +923014575639 on Nov. 1, 2011; 8:28 PM. I would like to lodge a complaint against this no. as I have no contacts outside India. So, I think this was a fake call and I could not guess with what intentions, they made this call.

i too got a missed call from a random no. starting from +92 on 04-nov-11 at 8:40a.m.. the no. was +923015550463..
firstly it was a missed call. i got anxious and called back from my other no. , but the call was on waiting..so i disconnected... finally i googled it out and came to know that i'm not the only one..there are too many more who have got the calls in past..
What is this exactly happening?? How such persons get our number? I expect the Aircel company to find out such culprits and avoid the inconvenience to the customers..
Be ware of these numbers and share this information with family and friends to stop this cheating..

i got a miss call from the number +92307413891... when i called back (not knowing that its a pakistani number) a person on the otherside said that i had won a prize of 25 lakhs .... the customer care said its not an Indian number... on searching this number series on net... i came to know that it was from pakistan...

I was in Dubai on a visit and the best part was that we are staying in the Pakistan consulate quarter and every day my friends would get call and these boys would speak any garbage, we will do this and that, my friends gave them back what they deserved.

I got a call from the above said number. It was a miss call. When i called back some girl was there saying that she is calling from Airtel and you have won a lottery prize of Rs.10 Lakhs which will be transferred in your SBI bank account. She gave me one number of 5 digits & asked me to check that on my sim & then she will tell me the complete process. I did the same. I was surprised to found the same number also. I tried to call her back but my balance was insufficient for the call. Then i recognized that, that must be a ISD call. I check on goggle the number starts from +92 which is the code of Pakistan. I got scared off. then check on goggle and feeling bit relaxed that there are lot many other sufferers also.

But please i am requesting Airtel also to check & punish these culprits & secondly is my number can be hacked by this process as i switched off also.

I also got a missed call from 00923456140984. When I called back, they said I've won lottery of Rs. 25 lacs. I immediately checked in google and found-out that this is from Pakistan.

I received a call from this +923076755800 at 11:02 AM .(17-12-2011)

A man (something verma..) informed me that my number has been selected for cash prize of 25 Lacs!! & was saying he will deposit that amount into my account & asking what type of mobile connection i am using post paid or pre paid. His was was breaking. suddenly I realized this was a FAKE CALL & disconnected.

Finally i saw that my mobile balance got zero. and earlier it was Rs. 60

IF any of you receive such a call disconnect immediately... before these people get any extra information about you.

I received a miss call from +0923215514515 today. When Icalled back on same number today afternoon arond 110pm..He introduced himself to me as Hasan. He said he is calling from Vodafone office, Delhi and told me that i have won cash prize of Rs. 10 lakh and asked me my contact information .. He also gave me a number +923216512800 and asked me to speak to Head office in Delhi office... but i suspected his language and easy prize offer..
When i googled i got to know that it is a Pakistan number... there are too many more who have got the calls in past..I have also called Vodafone and they say to inform DND.

I would like to know how to get rid of such calls since same thing happens on my sons phone number also...Please help and advise.

I get missed calls from the numbers starting from +92 ,Initially I didn't noticed that the call is an International call hence I called on the same number then I realized that that was a fake call by saying that I won the prize of Rs.25 Lakh ,when I asked that person that if you are calling from any mobile company then why you give a missed calls? that time he started using abusing language saying typical pakistani hindi ,"Tere ko to main miss call hich dunga ,tere ko jo karne ka wo kar" (means you do whatever you want but I am going to give you missed calls)

i got a phone call fron this number 00923066880884 , as soon as I picked up the phone.. it was disconnected.. I again called back.. some person from the other side told that i got a lottery and he gave some lottery number and asked me to call at 00923414511664..

i didnt call after that, when I searched on net I was shocked as the number was from pakistan..

I want to ask that whether is there any risk or not ???

I got the missed calls twice, one on 24.01.2012 at 21:48 pm from +923479499968 and another on 03.02.2012 at 20:10 pm from +923015812288. the ISD code indicates call is from across the border. Clearly this is some kind of big flaw in the technical system of service providers. Must be looked into.
