i m using aircel services for apst one year but it so happened that last weel i was charged 5 rs for voice call chatting which i unsbscribe dby dialling 570001 and i was successfullf unsubscribed today 21/06/2010 at 9:30PM i recharge my mobile with 225/- only and by 10:00PM i receive a message stating that i havebeen charged 20 rs for voice chat charges to which ihave unsubscribed. CUstomer care says that i received a call at 9:24PM thru which i have subscribed for the service but i dont attent any call from aircel as it is always full of crap.. i need help

i satwant singh s/o sh joginder singh resident of vpo phlewal via garhshanker dist hoshiarpur have solmly affirm says that my mobile no is 90235-51400. this number is used by me not use by other family member. unfortuently my mobile is disconnected( outgoing facility) previous fifteen days. the incoming facility required. my remote area to reigsterted complaint is nawan shahar ( SBS NAGAR) I going to registered complaint at nawan shahar office ( relience) but i am not satisfied with your services. my business is affected previously fifteen days who is the responsible for this and satisfied me as early as possible the account balance is 232.65 rs. at last. i really request you please take immediately action on my application and make sure me Am I elgible to operate your required number or not.

Unwanted activations can happen if you attend to promo calls and messages, deactivate the current voice chatting service and in future get your DND service activated which will block all such unwanted calls and messages. Good luck.
