I'm Shivansh Shukla from Indore (M.P). Read the following story of the irresponsible BSNL organization.
On 11th July 2010, i registered a complaint at BSNL call center ie at 24365 about the wrong deduction of INR 30 from my prepaid account for mobile number +919479726279, whose docket number is 4089479. i was assured that this problem will be resolved within 24 hrs. But till date, no action is taken. I've contacted the call center for about more than 20 times.
The first thing, as we all know, that it is nearly impossible to talk to the representative of BSNL, without waiting for more than 20 mins. However, every time i speak to them, they say that we are forwarding your complaint to our upper division for immediate action. But, in spite of this, there is no one to take the responsibility. My local customer care center associates are telling me that your problem can only be resolved at 24365.
The second thing, Mr. Anil from BSNL Pune call center, talked very rudely with me last night.
Now only 1 thing is left with me. Now i'll take a group of media persons at the office of the G.M, Telecoms,
& will conduct a interview of him, if my problem is not resolved within 48hrs.
