Complaint against this private company
(1)On Saturday 27th March 2010 morning at around 11:00am I got a call from a no +919777945460
On my Airtel LOPO no 9906761471
(2)Sir the Person who was calling told me to recharge my no by Rs:-5000 and told me that I will get
extra 3000 minutes free. He also told me my balance at that Time
(3)After that I went to Airtel Showroom and recharged my no by Rs:-5000 then the Person called me
Again and told me to do a gift recharge and send to 129 when I done the gift recharge my
balance from Rs:-5000 came to Zero
(4)After that I went to Airtel Showroom again for my problem. I told them about the bio-data of that
Person but they refused and they told me that we don’t have any information about that Person and
told me that do whatever you can
(5) After time passed few days before I came to know about this Grievance cell which solves the
Problem of people that is why I am complaining late
(6)Sir these types of calls only came to the Retailers and not to a common customer
(7)Sir I have witnesses also in my locality with whom this type of incident has also occurred

Sir I request your good self to kindly take these points serious and take a strong action against
This Private Company as I am financially very poor. Sir I have full faith in Judiciary and will co
Operate with the authorities till I get my MONEY back from this Company Sir I am providing my
