Dear Sir,
My Aircel mobile No. is 8013564679. On 12th June 2010 at 11.25 a.m I received a call from call centre offering dialer tune services. I immediately refused. At 11.27 a.m I find I am charged Rs. 30 for activation charges for the same. Since then I have made several calls to Aircel customer care to lodge a complaint. They do not lodge a complaint saying that I have requested for the services. This is a racket and call centres are rampantly doing this - a deliberate fraud. I not only want to reverse the charges, I would like some action taken against such frauds so that we do not waste our time for such frivolous acts.

I would suggest you to deactivate this caller tune service and get your DND service activated, so in future you would not get any promotional calls and messages which can cause the activation of such Value added services.
