Dear Sir,
My Aircel mobile No. is 8013564679. On 12th June 2010 at 11.25 a.m I received a call from call centre offering dialer tune services. I immediately refused. At 11.27 a.m I find I am charged Rs. 30 for activation charges for the same. Since then I have made several calls to Aircel customer care to lodge a complaint. They do not lodge a complaint saying that I have requested for the services. This is a racket and call centres are rampantly doing this - a deliberate fraud. I not only want to reverse the charges, I would like some action taken against such frauds so that we do not waste our time for such frivolous acts.
