Few days earlier I subcribed GPRS sevice from Smart Reliance for which they deducted Rs. 50 with a validity for 15 days. Very next day I made a complait in customer care that I am not able to use GPRS there some problem in the settings which you are providing. So they took my complaint and gave me a complaint no 130783924 and told me that within 72 hours problem will be resolved. After 5 days I called up again in customer care regarding the afforesaid problem they told me that " Sir your complaint is under processing and it will take further 3days to resolve this problem". I asked them that the days are lapsing and I am unable to use this service which I had subscribed for so are u going to extend these lapse days? She disconnected my call. I called up again and I told to transfer the phone to their senior thay again disconnected the call. After that I gave up, just 1 before the expiry of the GPRS validity I got a call from Mumbai Relaince technical department to resolve the problem So I told him now whats the use of it cause its onle 1 day left. He told me to make a complaint regarding these misbehaviour to seniors in the customer care and he also told me that Sir your GPRS validity will be extended. So I called up again and I told to transfer the phone to their senior I had a talk with him he misbehaved with me and told me there is no such provision. Its shows that they can do whatever they want with our money. I need a justice in this matter I have all the evidence regarding this case. This is not just a matter for Rs.50 how dare are they to misbehave with the customers after cheating them. I look forward for justice.
