Me and my Family / Friends have been mentally harressed by Idea Cellular, a part of Aditya Birla Group. I have been using Idea Mumbai number ( Corporate Plan ) for more than 2 years and all of sudden one of Customer Care executive called in stating if we need a plan change, to which my wife stated she will consult me and requested a callback. Without prior approval the Plan was changed and complete details were not provided. The plan was supposed to be changed only for Mumbai Circle, however most of the time I was in Pune which caused by montly bill to rise.
I called the Customer Care multiple times and were informed that for Corporate Number I need to visit the gallery. No supervisors were available at night, no callbacks done, no follow ups. I went to Idea Gallery in Vashi to make the payment and there was no one to accept the payment. I was not notified about any over due payment nor ant emails for the same. After 6 months my In-Laws and friends are getting calls asking about my where abouts and stating a Case has been launched in Delhi court for forgery. My in-laws gave the number and I received a call from Delhi Police stating a case has been filed against me and was send a notice for which no reply was received. I had left Mumbai a while ago and no email was drafted for this. I made the payment with lot of trouble as the serviec in Pune is pathetic and no one has resources to accept the payment. Shocking thing I learnt was my number has been alloted to someone else and is active. If I make the payment, it would have been reflected on New Owners account. Its good that I made payment on my account which hopefully is unique. Now I have all the bank alerts and confidencial info subscribed on my old number and the new owner has all my account information. I need to file a case against idea for haressement and drag them to court for all the mess.

Anyway, Idea has cancelled my number and provided to someone else without my concerned and all my account details are being forwaded to that number.
I have to file a complaint against Idea for this as my personal information have been disclosed.
No one from Idea tried communicating with me via email, when the source was available and provided my number.
I have made payment on my account number.
I need the contact info for your legal authorities so that I can take the next step.
