I am porting in to Vodafone on December, 2011 at Vodafone store, burdwan. My new connection was disconnected after 1 week of continuing of Vodafone connection. Then I inform to customer care that I have already submitted the documents at time of port in process at Vodafone store, burdwan and my connection are started.

But, my connection is disconnected again about 10days ago without prior notice and said to submit the documents again. I have submitted the documents again at Vodafone store, burdwan on 25th January, 2012.

But till date my connection is not started and no response from Vodafone.
